very humid room even the clothes have been wet after, room was not that clean, insects everywhere in the room, no air condition. Kitchen equipment is very old already. pool was not very clean,...

My 2nd time coming to Kasteli and loved it as much as I did the first time. Maria and her family cannot do enough for you. Panormos is such a beautiful place and Kasteli is ideally situated just at the edge of the village within a few mins walk to plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. (There is a short but quite steep hill to get to Kasteli). Will definitely be returning.

The appartment occured to be a nightmare, was very dirty, with some food rests on the sink, smudges on the bed blanket, pillows etc. (see photos). It smelled musty in the appartment, our clothes smelled like a cellar even after coming back home, so we had to wash them all. The breakfast had a very poor quality, no warm dishes, the cheapest staff from the supermarket and even one half-brown, not eatable apple was there 3 days in a row and nobody seemed to realize that (photo attached). Fruit and vegetables were definitely not always fresh, being often dry.. Bathroom was very small, furthermore, there was no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom was full with water after taking the shower. The appartment was so disgusting that we even din't want to prepare any food there. Sorry, but never ever again here!

Nice place, close to restaurants and Bars. Good spot to explore Crete. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds

Everything was OK except kids couldn't use pool float swimming rings. It would be good to know before booking with the kids

-A bit of a walk down to the beach. Not the most convenient location. -Pool opens late and closes early, leaving only the middle of the day to swim, when you're most likely out enjoying the island, not staying at the hotel. -Breakfast is only open for one hour. If you show up right before the end of the hour, they won't serve you. -Bathrooms are extremely small. -Didn't meet my expectations because of the pool times and the breakfast issue.

the living section and kitchen were quite small and featureless and the air con was in those areas and not the bedrooms. having said that the owner arranged a fan for my daughters bedroom

The location is good, near Parnomo center. They prepared breakfast box for us, since we left early most days.

Breakfast is only from 9-10am, what is very inconvenient if you want to go early to the beach. The pool is only opened until 6pm, even if sunset is only at 8pm. The “lateral sea view” room we were assigned to was not what we were expecting. It was out of the main hotel, on an annex building, where the balcony was on the street level. The room was smelling like it’s been closed for a long time, the bathroom seemed unfinished (no hangers for towels, paper or the shower), there was no box, so the bathroom was entirely soaked after the bath. They have not cleaned the room for 3 days, until we asked, and their “cleaning” was basically changing the towels.

The accommodation was very nice. And the hostess was really kind. We had an amazing experience. The location was not very close to the sea, but still it was a walking distance. The pool, tough, was nice and relaxing.

I believe the rooms should be a little better soundproof. And maybe I could enjoy having a tv in my room, since due to work I hade to stay in for a lot of hours. But, despite the above, kastelli rooms were perfect! And Maria was amazing!!!Thank you so much

It was hard to find the hosts and get a key. It is a pity that there are no small but essential items in the room for those who come to stay for a short time, such as: coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil for frying. These are things that would greatly enhance the hospitality experience !!! Please note!
