pool wasn’t in proper working order and when owner was notified, they didn’t seem to care.

The appartment is not value for money it was very dirty when we checked in and the owner Dalia came to clean after 3pm in front of us she cleaned. Not recommend this appartment. And from the booking site also I complained and they also did not cooperate well.our stay was not good. Dalia’s daughter Karim also not cooperative and answered rudely.

new apartment with all facilities and parking
the apartment wasnt clean when we arrived and the owner came to replace the beddings. he did not fix the locks on the rear balcony entrance even when we reminded it twice.
