Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was lovely and clean with beautiful gardens to use. Double bed was very comfortable.

Single bed was small for an adult.

Nice spacious appartments with a great view from the rooms. We also liked a garden with a barbecue area and places for a piсnic. Very cozy.

Mattresses were not comfortable and creaked with every movement all night. Also we were not able to find a kettle even though there was tea in the apartment.

Very clean and modern apartment in the quiet neighbourhood of the town. Nice hostess, parking next to the building. Not far from shops and restaurants and from the lake Como.

The property was amazing especially the view and where it was situated. The staff were so polite and so helpful made the stay even better! Really nice and clean and they even helped me with my anniversary decorations to surprise my partner!

The location was perfect, as it was close to the lake and situated in a beautiful city. The host was amazing, and made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. The facilities themselves were wonderful, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I couldn't have been happier with my stay!

Has an oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. No microwave. Convenient for family. Close to train station and minimart - walking distance. Limited in terms of restaurants within dervio. It’s ok if you had a car.

Have suggested would be nicer to have more kitchen utensils eg aluminium foil, pepper, cups to help us settle easily and utilise more of the kitchen.

It was ok but definitely not an extraordinary stay. Wouldn’t do it again. The city Dervio is quite cute however.

Especially the flat on the ground floor is not that pretty. From the terrace you just look on a wall and not on the garden. Inside it‘s very basic and quite loud. You hear the people living above and everyone who passes by. And the window blinds make extremely annoying noises if there is wind. Next time I would book something else with a nicer garden / view etc.

Apartment was clean, kitchen and bedroom well equipped. the territory was great. communication was smooth and easy

was difficult to find ( should put a sign, give directions beforehand). Once arrived, found that the baby bed was installed in the kitchen/living room, however we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The bed was too large to fit bedroom door space. The person that met us, was not really helpful. Got new bed (travel bed) next day Wardrobe in the living room had a mold smell paper towels were lacking in the kitchen

Making easier to locate the place with Google Maps: the address is deceiving and gets to a wrong narrow pedestrian street

I liked the quality of the apartment and how clean and organised it was. I liked the fact that it was a short walk to the beach or the town. I liked Dervio and the climate.
