El hotel es inmenso, las habitaciones muy amplias, la bañera limpia Es como una casona antigua de Cholula, a una cuadra del parque principal muy ubicado, el sazón delicioso. Supera mis expectativas en relación al precio!!!! Muy recomendable

Me hubiera gustado que los cobertores fueran más gruesos, muy muy delgaditos, sólo te dan 2 adiciones por habitación.

We liked the design of the hotel. The shower pressure.

Lack of service by the staff. Reception staff hardly greets you. They tried to rip me off when I checked in by putting 22150 MXN into the card machine when the total cost was 2215 MXN luckily I've noticed it quickly. No apology from the staff for this error. Feel it was intentional. There is hardly any security at the premise. Only at the entrance and parking. And the guy just sits on a chair all day doing nothing. Cleaning staff was friendly they greet you. The room that we had was really far im the back next to a main road. So we could hear cars a lot. The walls are thin you can hear the neighbors. Bathroom is very outdated and small, so is the bedding and linnen. Overall we did not got a great vibe from this hotel, which felt more like a motel. For the price I guess it was ok since we stayed 4 days. And the location is great next to Zocalo. But they really need to improve the quality of service and staff. We did not feel welcomed. They have teenagers running the reception with zero skills.

La ubicación, esta justo cerca de todo lo turístico

El aseo, las camas no cambiaron las sábanas, había cabellos en la almohada y en la sábana, además de que en el lavamanos había embarrada la pasta dental del huésped anterior, si deben de poner atención en el aseo, no lo volvería a elegir.

Excellent location. Beds were comfy, water for showers always hot with good pressure. Restaurant food was good.

the charming courtyard, the spacious rooms, the small balcony. the location. I had to use wifi very early in the morning and for some reason it didn't work so I called the reception and it was fixed promptly.

Solid hotel in a good location, many good restaurants nearby and close to the attractions of Cholula. Like the charm of the place.

The rooms were clean. Had great water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Lots of spaces to sit and visit. Wifi worked great in our room.

It is an older building which means it has some flaws. However we saw staff painting and doing upkeep. This isn't really a negative.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is in the centre of the town. We went for a tour and dinner in the little place just around the corner. The room was spacious enough, and had its old time charm with all the wooden furniture.

No elevator in the part we were on, would not be a problem for young people like us... but it was our fault, to be moving our big 23kg luggage all around Mexico...

The room was BIG. Clean shower, sink outside the bathroom. Nice building. They had parking places and the gardens were nice. Close to the centre and a lot of restaurants.

All good, maybe include some kettle to heat up some water in the room to fix yourself a tea.
