Very clean, easy access to bars and restaurants, very nice pool and grounds, large double bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The host was very responsive and let us have a late checkout.

There is a new development being built on a plot next door but one and this was sometimes noisy and a bit dusty.

This villa is faultless. We are very used to the Coral Bay Area with family living here, and the location of the villa is just perfect. Seamless entry. We arrived around midnight with no issues. There were the little amenities such as hand soaps, shower gels, washing up liquid, bin bags, water in the fridge, and much more. These are very handy when shops are closed on a late arrival. It is a typical Cypriot type modern villa which is exactly what we wanted. The pool area is beautiful. Shawn would reply to messages quickly and was very kind to allow us a late check out for our evening flight home. We got married while we on this stay in Cyprus so all the more special! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Very spacious Villa, good location for both the restaurants, shops and beach. 3 en-suite bathrooms, ideal for families. Car port keeps the car out of the sun. Kitchen well equipped.

Pool accessories (loungers and brollies) could do with replacing, seen happier days! BBQ area to side of villa could do with a light. No “live” tv, can access Netflix, Prime etc.

I can't fault this Villa, great location, excellent communication from the owner, very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

The only issue we had was the double bed, it was too firm for us.

the owner of the villa replies very quickly to all queries. the kitchen is very well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by welcome drinks and snacks by our night arrival.

Beer and water left in fridge appreciated ,don’t follow breakfast question.

Couldn’t work out how to use the TV . All powered up but unable to get pictures. Probably me being a Luddite! Pool too cold for us to use ,but is late in the year .

Everything was perfect. The host were very responsive and helpful. They answered any questions within minutes.
