Geräumiges Zimmer

Rührei war um 9:30 Uhr schon aus und wurde auch nicht nachgelegt, sonst gutes Frühstück

Leider zur Zeit auf der Anreise ist die Rosenauerstraße eine Baustelle, welche verwirrend sein kann. Man kommt aber von der Stadt aus durch, obwohl mehrmals ein Durchfahrtverbotszeichen (Stand Mai 2024) Hotel trotzdem ruhig, man fühlte sich willkommen und nicht abgefertigt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Alles vom Hotel her sehr gut trotz Renovierungsarbeiten. Umgebung nicht so toll. Aber ich würde wieder kommen

I would like to sincerely thank your hotel for the warm welcome and thoughtful help! We checked in the afternoon of 19 June 2023, Ms. Brigitta, Darabos warmly welcomed us. As we are an old couple over 70 years and with a lot of luggage, she kindly told us that she would give us a free upgraded bigger room No 418，and she also immediately offered her kind help for our luggage until our room. She helped us also to check the bus information for the old city and Veste Coburg. Her high quality of excellent customer-oriented service greatly helped us and deeply touched us. Our sincere thanks also go to Ms. Sandra Franz from the afternoon and evening shift. She has also tried her best to make our stay in your hotel happy and comfortable, giving us also different information about restaurants and shops. We are extremely happy to make the best choice of your hotel for our stay in Coburg! Both of them helped also for our camera fogotten in the hotel. The hotel is really the best of the Best Western hotels that we experienced!
