It was so close to the action - right above the main square, a close walk to attractions/the bus to attractions nearby and staff were extremely flexible. we were able to check in early and were slightly late with check out with no problems. the room was spacious and tidy, with a neat self contained bathroom and shared kitchen next door.

Online check-in and a call from a hotel made us panic a bit and read all negative reviews. Yes everything in this hotel saw a better days. But it is clean, bed is perfect, you have yor morning coffee from modern coffeemaker, top location and a view. If you know beforehand that it is a very small hotel in an old building, with no elevator, noisy stairs and floor, old curtains with stains, and a busy square under your window, than everything is just fine.

The location was excellent, also the room was big and clean, actually everything was fine there (except the door of bathroom was broken).

I could only give 8 instead of 10 points, because the hotel didn’t offer luggage storage service, therefore I was a bit disappointed especially it was a rainy day, I had to leave Coburg immediately after checking out, otherwise I would like to discover Coburg more.

We received clear instructions on the check-in procedure, and our questions on parking and timing were answered in a timely manner. The location was excellent, with the town hall visible from the room's window. The room was clean and well-appointed.

center of the city. 2 yers ago I stayed in this hotel, but I had a fantastic view to the central square. But this visit I saw small internal yard.

Large room wonderfully located. Good bakery downstairs. Good furniture and view.

One guest arrived late and was noisy. Not hotel‘s fault. No elevator and stairway ingested, but I knew that when I booked, do ok.

The location was very convenient and the view of the market square from the windows was beautiful. The room was clean and modern for such an old historic building. The cafe on the first floor was a nice surpise for morning coffee. The price was very reasonable.

It was unseasonably warm during our visit. Be aware that the building has no air conditioning. This is understandable given the age of the building and its historic designation. We do think that ceiling fans would make the rooms more comfortable during warm periods. Also, be aware that the rooms are directly on the market square so there is light and noise throughout the night. Again, due to the location there is noise from vendors and delivery trucks very early in the morning. If quiet and darkness are critical for sleeping then perhaps a hotel off the square would be a better choice.

Great location! Easy to roll your body to the Marktplatz. Great communication with the staff, easy to check in and out. Wifi also perfect!
