The balcony

Hotel was very nice overall. Room was large with a huge balcony. The location was extremely good and the services were always available. The breakfast was nice. Not huge, but just the right amount of selection.

There were two small problems for me. I arranged transportation from the airport because I had work meetings the same day I arrived. But the transport was late -- almost 20 minutes even and I had to wait outside for quite some time. Second, I had arranged early check-in because of the same reason -- arriving on the day I had work meetings -- but my room was not available, even though I was paying an extra charge for this service. Eventually, I was given another room so I could iron my clothes, but my room was not ready until almost an hour after I arrived, although I did say the time I would be there. Lastly, on my check-out day, I asked for late check-out at 4 pm, which was granted, but there was going to be a charge. Oh and one more thing -- the last day, the shower head malfunctioned, which I think was a problem existing already, and water went everywhere in the bathroom. I really liked the hotel, but these things do add up and I was expecting at least to have the charges waived for one or more of the extra services since they didn't work out so well.
