We loved our stay, it’s very central, but quiet. House is beautifully appointed, comfortable, despite being on a main rd, there was no noise. Would recommend this property!

The house is comfortable, clean, well equipped and in good order.

From the time we opened the front door to the time we closed it on leaving we were impressed with how comfortable and liveable Debs home is, attention to detail and “the little details” are what made our stay one of those stays where you don’t want to leave. A short walk to great cafes and eateries too.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this very charming terrace. Very comfortable despite the cold temperatures outside. Appreciated the extra touches like the complementary bottle of local wine and farm fresh eggs! Deb is an excellent communicator and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Thanks Deb, for having us stay. Your property is immaculate, and had everything that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. The backyard and front porch have the best sun traps on cold winter days. Location just perfect for stay at home days or as a base for touring the surrounding areas. Loads of doggo friendly pubs and cafes around. We'd love to come back and stay xx Jackie & Phil

Property was extremely clean,warm with great heating.Can walk to great cafes and restaurants.Beds clean and comfy with lovely linens.Excellent for our 2 small dogs with secure fencing outside.Homely touches appreciated.

Everything was so well appointed, toasty warm (in the winter) and especially comfortable bed. Proximity to everything was fantastic!! Loved our stay immensely.

Clean, tidy, nice and cosy when the temperature outside was 0 degrees. Easy communication with the owner. Location easy walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. Loved the terrace experience.

I just stayed in this property over the weekend. The property was fantastic and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities. Modern Kitchen and Bathroom in old Victorian terrace with all the period features. Close to cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The feeling was warm , beautifully countrystyling giving an excellent experience to your stay. Host was very kind and thoughtful! Mum and my son loved it too. It was a home sweet home feeling.

The stay was great. We felt relaxed and at home for the entirety of our stay and would happily go back.

Beautifully restored terrace house. Close to lovely food and coffee places and the CBD of Bathurst. Beautiful comfy bed and well heated home in Autumn. Luxury wine and fresh eggs on arrival. Good size backyard all secure for your dog. Even a treat left for the dog! Highly recommended for a winter get away.

This was a perfect property for a week away working with the family in tow. Everything you could possibly need is supplied and the property is clean and homely. Excellent residence for dogs as well with secure yard. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Host was readily available and very responsive if had a query.

Close to restaurants . Heating works great as it was a cold weekend . Only negative was pillows very thin and had to use folded blankets as pillows . Other than that I would definitely rebook

Fantastic property, Deb has made this place something special with so much thought gone into the set up and what is provided. She was also responsive to our questions and flexible. And having the dogs with us just topped it all off. I couldn’t recommend this property more.

Good for location

This is a great property located across the road from 2 great coffee shops, a fascinating train museum, a pub and just a block away a great American bbq place. House has everything you need including a/c which we needed a lot given a weekend of high summer temperatures. Host also provides things you may have forgotten or never knew you would need. Fabulous quiet location with everything you need for a wonderful few days away. Even a bone in the garden for our spoodle to find!

Centrally located and can conveniently walk most places. The property is clean and well appointed with a lot of extras that made our stay enjoyable and wanting to come back.
