The condo was dirty, towels stained, refrigerator leaked into kitchen floor every day, bathroom sinks were broken, towel racks broken, dresser doors are heavy and broken and fall off, blinds broken, we could manually change temperature on ac but in the middle of the night it continued to revert to 85°, dishes were minimal, not nearly enough for cooking meals- and that is important because they stated it was family friendly and we needed to prepare meals at home, and ease of using the Westin facilities like the pool were downright impossible to use. You need to make a reservation and for our weeklong stay we were allowed one time and they treated us very poorly because we had wrist bands even when we were trying to buy food and drink - they even prohibited us from walking into the beach. That needs to be clearly explained that going to the Westin is not an option. There are so many disappointments. We did not golf so not sure if that would have been a no go too- worth investigating if that is why you are going. The owners are clearly not updating or maintaining this unit. It should definitely not be rated the way it is- way over priced.

the home was not sufficiently equipped. the two single bed mattresses were horrible to sleep on I had to sleep on the couch. the kitchen had almost nothing for cooking equipment and normally condiments like salt and pepper or left over supplies from previous stays are there. there was nothing. also the air conditioner kept leaking all over the laundry room floor

The unit is very spacious and beautifully decorated! Enjoyed the unit immensely. Located in a beautiful resort!

There were a few issues with water splashing/leakage in the bathroom shower so sometimes it would get messy. But the host was very responsive and came out quickly to address the issue. The Beach club was nice and they delivered food to the unit. The only downside was the menu did not change so not much variety after a couple of days. But the Westin is nearby but required reservations.

Comfortable clean functional condominium with modern amenities, having a little view of the ocean set in the midst of wildlife. Karol, our property manager, made sure that officials came to our condominium for COVID testing for return to the U.S.A. She even helped us with our rental car when we had left the country. It felt like we had a friend there. The location is exceptional with a lot of amenities provided to Westin guests The local beaches and the Costa Ricans (Ticos) are wonderful.

Unfortunately, the property didn't take American Express but that wasn't reflected on the Booking site, so we thought that it had been confirmed. We had missed all the whats app messages sent our way, but Karol was right on and made it work. Oh also, not wheelchair accessible.
