The host was great. Ermine met us at the port and helped us with our luggage. He drove us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the property and recommended places to visit and places to eat. He was always at hand to answer any questions we had. He also gave us a welcome bottle of good quality wine and then went off to get us some washing powder but also gave us a couple of ice cold beers when he returned. The apartment is located high enough up the hill to give a great view from the balcony where we had breakfast in the mornings and played cards at night. The property is spacious, benefits from very good air conditioning a large kitchen area, two double bedrooms with wardrobes plus a double sofa bed. Plenty for our family of two parents and two children (aged 18 and 15). Our 15 year old is bigger than the adults so he was pleased to get one of the double rooms. We had plenty of individual bottles of body wash and shampoo, loads of towels and everything needed for a fully functioning kitchen including four hob cooker, oven, grill, microwave, fridge and freezer. TV with local stations and good wifi. A short, quite steep short cut links the property to the harbour. You also have five short flights of stairs once you get to the property. In the heat of mid summer I found myself dripping with sweat by the time I entered the room. But if you slow down and pace yourself it’s not so bad. But if you have a heart condition or overweight take this into consideration. I’d have no hesitation in booking this property again. Great host, amazing views, large spacious property, excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

Nothing really. The walk up is challenging but short and the views more than make up for the effort.

Ermin is a fantastic host! Always helpning the Customer when they need anything. When we arrive to Bol the electricity was down in 4 coutries including Croatia for some hours. He help us to get food in the supermarket even when it was close. We get the food via Ermins friend at the backdoor and payed the day after, very very helpfull!!!👍🏼❤️

Spacious, clean apartment. Close to restaurants and walking distance to town centre, beach and supermarket. Ermin, the caretaker, was extremely hospitable and provided us with excellent concierge service, including pick-up and drop-off from the ferry port.

Ermin! our host was just so helpful. he picked us up from the ferry and stored our luggage in his car the day we checked out! Had two great bedrooms and a comfy sofa. location was spot on.

We had a fabulous stay in Ermin’s apartment. The apartment was modern and sparkling clean with all the appliances we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was excellent only 3 minutes walk into the centre of the town with shops/ restaurants nearby. Ermin was an excellent host. He was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us out. He collected us from the port on our arrival and was so accommodating on our final day, keeping our bags safe and driving us to and from the beach and port. We have never experienced a host being as kind and accommodating as Ermin had been. He really made our stay so special. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Bol.

Bol itself is a beautiful place, so just being there was already putting me in a good mood. On top of that accommodation itself was perfect. The apartment is modern and well-furnished. The view from the balcony was stunning. The location was very close to the port, so everything was within walking distance.

Ive should have skipped Istra and spent whole holidays in Bol :)
