Good ole fashioned 70’s style motel!! Rough around the edges but it was clean.

There wasn’t anywhere to go for drinks and food within walking distance

Everything. Location was great, staff was friendly, everything was clean. Beds were comfy. Rooms are spacious & the views were great!

The tv wouldn't stay connected to the wifi & we couldn't ever get the regular cable to work, so we couldn't watch tv. But it was fine Everything was clean except the floors. They were really dirty & sticky & walking on them without shoes, your feet would be black. But everything else was great

Alles: er was van alles kapot in de kamer: poot viel onder tafeltje weg bij het willen verplaatsen, stoel op balkon was de moer uit waardoor je er niet op kon zitten. Niet schoon: haar in de douche, stinkende en niet werkende airco. De host was aardig en gaf ons nog een andere kamer, maar was niet veel beter. Ook hadden we met het verhuizen naar de andere kamer onze electrische tandenborstel vergeten. Volgende ochtend gevraagd of hij met schoonmaken gevonden was, hadden ze het weggegooid! Terwijl ze aangaven dat ze zelfs bij het vergeten van een fles shampoo nog contact opnemen met de huurders. De host zou nog overleggen met de manager voor een eventuele restitutie vanwege alle ongemakken, maar (nog) niets gezien. Voor ons nooit weer. Dit hotel heeft echt een negatieve stempel op onze reis gezet.

Beds were incredibly comfortable, which isn't as common as you'd think. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The A/C, while being a window unit, worked extremely well. All of that being said, you can't beat the location and view. Isolated, small Key. So if you're looking to get away from the more crowded areas in the Keys, look no further.

The rooms are comfortable to spend a weekend but could be a little cleaner, the hotel needs maintenance and updating. Everything else very well

The location is worth the deal, but the rooms as can read from most reviews could use a little TLC. But we like quiet and being left alone.

They promised me a floating dock for my ski but did not deliver, not sure what happen in the booking. I did not want to leave my jetski in the water and was forced to remove it a day early.

extreme mold in the AC unit. was advertised (and paid) as a 2 bedroom but it was one bedroom with 3 beds. was charged $30 extra for a 4th person, even though there were 6 places to sleep. the AC was also so loud it was impossible to sleep. rooms felt wet and moldy, and we have a frightening picture of the inside of the AC with unsafe mold.

The staff was amazing Bill and Tammy some of the best staff we ever dealt with. It was a quick mini vacation between my wife’s knee surgery’s. Being that close to the water with the clean rooms awesome. Not a cookie cutter type of establishment. Which adds to it’ uniqueness . Wish we could have stayed longer

Location was good right in the middle of the Keys. The staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was warm and clean and having a store in the lobby was very convenient. Air conditioning worked good enough, although it was a bit hard to regulate. The important thing was that it did cool the place down sufficiently even with the hot sun shining on the building all day. This isn't a fancy place, but it has good old Florida Keys charm and it was reasonably priced for the dates we visited.

Bed was way too soft and uncomfortable and sliding glass door was difficult to open and close and very noisy. I broke a fingernail trying to open the door. If those 2 things were improved this place would have received a higher rating.

A few things such as no coffee cups or water cups available when we came - lobby could be open a little later- fridge was quite rusty

The staff and the owners were great it was a family oriented, the best service I ever had

this is merely a motel - musty, old, humid, grimy motel. will absolutely not stay here again. nothing remotely like a fishing lodge
