Lovely cabin and pool was great.

The very narrow parking space for our Toyota Cruiser. Took 3-4 turns for entry and exit.

Everything, Room was not cleaned and ants was everywhere. ask staff to help and answer was ants will come anywhere they can't stop, kids weren't able to sleep because of ants

I didn’t like like that the pool closed at 5:30 in summer it was ridiculous that it closed so early, you spend the day out and about and the kids just want to jump I. The pool when we get back and it wasnt available

it’s clean
it has a pool but unfortunately it’s not as clean the water level is very low and unfortunately on a hot summer day night the pool is closed at 5 pm and opening at 8.30 am next day unfortunately we have 6 kids having nothing to do after 5pm it’s a holiday caravan Park, but unfortunately the kids are not allowed to go in the gaming room after five. Also have to get out at five because the pool will be closed. not happy at all

Quick stop over but couldn't be more impressed with the service and facilities. Management went above and beyond to ensure my family's comfort with a personal touch of providing a welcome gift. Cabin and grounds were immaculate. We are hoping to return for an extended stay.

Very clean for a pet friendly cabin especially great for us as we don't actually own a pet! That was the only cabin left at the time of booking.
Great heated pool for the kids.and was a decent size.
Not enough warm blankets for the main room.
A walk-in wardrobe but with no coat hangers 🫤..
We stayed 3 nights and were not allowed any fresh towels.. reception said that you only get fresh towels more than 3 nights stay.. No pool towels provided as you're expected to use your used bath towels...I didn't expect 4 fresh towels..at least one or two more to get by..

nothing deluxe about this villa, no working internet or tv and villa actually located next to a busy highway for early morning trucks speeding past.
