House is clean and easy to access, host very friendly and very helpful
All facilities is good, need to improve the cleanliness of toilet bowl in master bedroom. If can provide body soap is much better

Clearly Aiman Homestay put extra effort in serving their guest. The host really uses his experience, to make sure everything is in good condition.
The advertising is a bit misleading. Actually there is no 1 unit with 3-4 bedroom. Its a twin unit as the host describe. For me the better way to sell is to avoid misleading. I dont think customer like receiving item that is different than whats been offered to them

Near to the beach. The house is complete with everything u might need. The house is clean and owner is very kind and easy to communicate.

The best homestay i stayed so far. The operator must be an ex 7 star hotel experienced manager. Super clean, even the piping that run down from upstairs' unit is paid atttention too!!
That the operator didn't operate all the homestay in malaysia. They shud!

Good spaces for small family. Clean. Comfortable and complete facilities. Got kitchen and refrigerator. Toilet is clean. Owner also very reasonable to allow us to late check out. The beach (Pantai Purnama) is quite near to this homestay, you can walk there to get some step count. 😉 but if you're carrying small kids or baby, better drive lor hehe.
1. Didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Been informed there's two but the nearest with our unit is under maintenance.
2. Since this muslim homestay, perhaps can put more sejadah as spares.

The place is very clean and spacious for my family of 9. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is very convenient for a weekend getaway. The facilities by the host and also the apartment management are well maintained.
