The facilities are excellent. Great for families with the tennis court, basketball ring and play ground. Pool is lovely. BBQ area was great for an easy family dinner. Location Amazing to walk down the shops and harbour.

Maybe a freshen up of the main bedroom comforter set. Found it was not great for allergies. Sheets are great very clean and fresh.

The location was good and the showers were great.

The floor was dirty, filled with dust and candies when we arrived. Many lights werent working in the apartment. A lot of kitchenware were tired, you would not want to cook anything in it. The fridge tray got hair in it. During the checkin, the reception was not friendly on the phone. when we texted them how to check out as we didnt get the check out email and we mentioned the kettle was broken, couple lights were broken. They texted back they will fix it on the day we are checking out. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights during Easter Holidays. Which is peak season in the area. Floor was dirty, broken kettle, broken lights. Not contactable due to public holidays. Its got potential as the location is excellent, the space for the unit was not too bad either. but in terms of what guests can use in the unit, could have been better.

Good location, with tennis court for kids. Pool and barbecue facilities available next to tennis court, though not used them. Staff was accommodating and helpful when requesting access to the unit after checking out. Lawn well maintained.

Unit 15 front screen door lock hard to take key out after locking. No air conditioning and fans not working well. Bedrooms could be a little bit cleaner.

The sliding door would not open - eventually able to open but very difficult needing to lift the door - reported to manager of the property

Location

The apartment needs to be refurbished. The beds were very squeaky and the curtain holder in one of the rooms was loose. The lounge needs to be changed and the bedrooms need to be provided with heater. The windows did not close completely leaving a cold draft in the rooms.
