The Villa was perfect, nice pool, great view and inside everything was very modern and clean. AC in every room so it was cool and nice evenings and nights.
Can really, really recommend this staying.

the Villa was not detached, so experienced excessive noise from the neighbours.
no mention that the Villa was semi-detached and visually could not see that it was attached.
if we had known would not have rented.
the noise from 6-30am was unexceptionable
so have moved out.

Great views from the terrace which is also huge with a swimming pool. There’s also a balcony which is very nice.

everything was amazing and the kind host - our family booked the house for 10 days. Can only recommend to rent
you need to rent a car, the distance to the city, groceries etc. was big enough that you will not walk

Great views from the villa and the pool deck. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. The owner managed to clean up the pool and the terrace in short notice after Calima sand chaos. Quiet neighborhood.
No air ventilation in the bathrooms (need to open windows to get rid of the moisture after shower). The heat pump in the master bedroom malfunctioned and overheated the room regardless of the temperature setting used. No functioning pool heating is a minus in early April. Steep stairs from the front gate to the front door. Poor quality BBQ grill.

Superb view, good kitchen and nice outside sitting/ eating areas. Lounge area was comfortable, gym well equipped and beds comfy. Overall very much enjoyed our stay.
The property continues to be advertised as 3.5 bathrooms. As a party of three couples we were disappointed to discover this was only 2.5 and we therefore had to share.
The decking area around the pool is a great feature. However, a number of boards are sunken/risen to a degree where they present a genuine hazard.

The views and the big terrace with the private pool are amazing!
The bed in the double bedroom on the first floor ( not the master but the other one ) could use a new bed.

Not enough sunbeds, no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms.

The property was perfect size for our group of 7 and the terrace area was great for relaxing and dining outside. Would definitely come back again.
Could use a few long long mirrors for the ladies.
