Location is perfect

Sound proof inside room is really poor.U can hear people talking clearly next door. Cannot hv good sleep if u want to sleep early if u got a talkative neighbour and I can hear them snoring actually in the middle of the night.

Lovely hotel much better than expected. The photos don't do it justice! Lovely bar area to chill in the evenings, with take-aways. Great friendly staff. Lovely fresh breakfast. Perfect location, stunning lake front views to wake up to. Rooms were very warm, cosy and beds very comfortable.

Would have loved the option of ordering eggs for breakfast.

quiet location on the lake but everything very close (lifts, shops, restaurants etc). the owners and staff really do everything to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay

it was a tiny bit cold in the room, but it was quickly solved by the owner with an extra electric heater

Great hosts, there is a bus station so it is easy to get around. There is an equipment room for the ski gear which makes it easier to store

No lift, there is not enough lighting in the room and not enough electrical outlets

The staff were very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Bar area is very nice. Bus stop close outside is useful for skiers. Good ski locker room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great skiing. Comfy bed.

No big downsides considering this is a 2* facility.

Very friendly family run hotel with owners/ staff very helpful and supportive. Rooms good, ski boot room very easy to access, breakfast good and bar/ social area excellent for post skiing. View of lake is great offering terrace in warmer weather. Excellent location with a very short walk to Tignes 2100 centre for lifts, shops and restaurants and ski shuttle bus stop right outside also allowing quick and convenient access to Val Claret. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was very convenient and comfortable for a skiing holiday.

Great location with a bus stop next to the property. Reasonable price compared to other residence. Amazing view on the lake from the rooms. Very considerate owners.

Room is very small for three people. Not enough heaters to dry clothes. Toilet without active ventilation. All room facilities are pretty old. Breakfast is very basic (cereal, some croissants and bread).

No reception area, only a breakfast room No breakfast on my second day - arrived at 9am, when states it finished at 9.30. Nobody about to explain. Odd smell coming from vent in bathroom - sewer overflow perhaps No soap in soap dispenser, only 1 loo roll Only 1 set of towels for 2 people
