Do not stay here. This was a horrible experience and the customer service at Vacasa, who this is booked through, were awful and unhelpful. The AC was broken, they said they would bring fans. I never heard from anyone. The furniture is old (still), lumpy bed and a broken arm on a chair. The cleanliness was horrid. Huge carpet stains everywhere, the photos are cleverly taken to hide these but I didn’t feel comfortable being barefoot nor having my young son crawl around. It was unsafe with the stains and all the caked on dust that could be found near the baseboards and corners of the rooms. Clearly not cleaned in maybe…ever. I ended up needing to find a new place to stay because it was not safe for my son and my family with how gross and dirty and hot it was in this unit. I can’t emphasize enough to look somewhere else.

Loved having a full kitchen, very private location, easy parking access. Hot tub was not clean when we visited, unfortunate as that was a deciding factor in choosing icicle village for our stay. The bed is, as most reviews say, very uncomfortable. Back-sleepers beware! Ultra soft mattress without much of another option.

What a cute condo located in Icicle Village. I love that the Bavarian village is within walking distance, as it's just under a mile. We could stroll down for dinner and shopping without paying for parking. We did not get a chance to enjoy the resort amenities, but I hope to return so we can. The condo was comfortable and immaculate.

Location and amenities were great. The actual condo was poor. Bed was bumpy, shower did not drain well, and the furniture was old and over used.

This place was a perfect location for us and the pool definitley makes it worth it! Besides a couple things, like the recliner chair one arm is broken and The lamp in the bedroom is missing the knob for switch. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The condo is a three block walk from the main drag in Leavenworth, with a completely functional kitchen, and a nice fireplace.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the location is within walking distance of downtown. We were 3 women traveling alone and we felt very safe.

Great Location!
This was a great location as we were just a half mile walk to the main town. It was nice to have access to the pool, mini golf, and other fun activities at the resort. The only thing you don't have access to is the breakfast and the fitness center.
This room faces directly toward the parking lot so not the greatest view from the room but that didn't bother us much. The pull out couch wasn't the nicest mattress but it worked. Very minimal kitchen utensils but we were able to find all the necessary things.
There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch bed but we called vacasa and we were able to get sheets for the bed. If you plan on using the pull out bed maybe let them know before hand so there will be sheets ready.
Overall it was a great stay.

Overall the unit wasn’t very clean when we arrived, the pots and pans needed to be washed before use. The person who stayed there before us clearly had curly long hair as we found it all over the unit in the silverware drawer. I really do hate leaving negative feedback but in order for the trip to be enjoyable for future renters hopefully the mattress can be updated and cleaning can increased.

We escaped the suburbs and headed to Leavenworth for a few days to enjoy the snow during this crazy pandemic. We were extremely happy with the location of this property as it was easy to access and close to the town shops and winter recreation areas.
The property had all of the amenities we needed to keep to ourselves and we were able to relax during the day. At night was a different story. The mattress has seen better days and was very squishy which led to it sagging in the middle. In fact, the fold-out bed in the living room provided better support.
The living room was nice during the day but all of the windows face the parking lot which has very bright street lamps. Even with all of the lights off, there is enough light shining through to see at night. Blackout curtains would really help those that need a dark place to sleep.
The biggest gripe would be how thin all of the walls are. We could easily hear the conversations and TV of the adjacent room. I don't believe they were loud either. It was just really, really thin walls. We could even hear the neighbor's TV from the bedroom with the door closed. Maybe you can luck out and get the room when there is no one next door but be prepared to hear, and be heard, by the next room.
No one was able to get a good night's sleep the entire time we were there due to discomfort, light, and noise so take caution if you are a light sleeper.

Location was great. The suite was as advertised, except for the fact that it had a double bed, not a queen, which was a bummer. Housekeeping left us a pile of dirty towels and a full bag of garbage, including a rotten pumpkin.

Nice and friendly location, with EV power!
We had a very nice stay. The property is in a prime location. We were sad (and surprised, thanks Vacasa) that the pools were all closed due to Covid-19. We were also surprised the unit did not have AC, but likely we didn't read the listing well. Positive surprises were that there is free EV charging right next to our unit, which was really convenient. Wife did an initial wipedown of the unit before our stay and found more dirt than expected. I had to make some repairs to the otherwise stuck screen door. A question sent during the booking process was never answered. Despite these details, this was overall a very pleasant stay and we would rent again.
