The staff was excellent.

We loved staying in the Hi Relais Rooms We were given very good clear instructions on how to get into the building and our room while reception was out Anytime we asked a question or needed anything the staff would respond to a message very quickly The room was so neat and tidy, very spacious and had such good air con for the heat. Tv had plenty of channels to watch in English also Breakfast has a good selection and was delivered to our room on time The location is perfect with so many restaurants and bars in the area, walking distance to a train station and taxi rank Couldn’t fault Hi Relais Rooms, will definitely be staying here again if ever back in Naples

Great location with everything in walkable distance and the Toledo metro close by. Room was more than big enough, and all the amenities expected like air condition, hair dryer and a nice shower. Staff was very accommodating and helpfull

Everything was perfect.

From start to finish our host Monica went above and beyond for us. She guided us with recommendations for food, local travel and airport transfer. She made us feel so welcome as guests. The location was perfect, so central, the room was immaculately clean with housekeeping every day and breakfast was fresh and tasty.

perfect location. Room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday. It is very close to train station and ferry port and walking distance to many attractions. balcony an added bonus to sit and enjoy the buzz of the town. Room was spacious and immaculate. There is a mini fridge to keep your cold water etc. Air conditioning was perfect. Supermarket/Burger King/KFC on the doorstep, but also is the Spanish Quarter for excellent pizza and pasta. The hostess Monica was absolutely wonderful, she kept in touch every day and answered all of our questions regarding travel plans/ food recommendations/ directions/breakfast requests. She organised our private transfers and also went way over and above to decorate the room with balloons/cake/fizz for my husbands 40th birthday celebrations. it was spectacular. She made our stay perfect and couldn’t have asked for anymore. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here to explore Naples. We easily went to Pompeii and Positano from here on day trips.

Very nice breakfast in the room, very nice staff and very convenient location. The entrance to the B&B is clearly indicated in the street. It’s easy to arrive and it has an elevator with enough space for suitcases.

Monica is an exceptional host, very welcoming and in providing directions and recommendations for restaurants, etc. within walking distance.

A chair in the room, Netflix for English speaking guests (no English news channel), remove charge for elevator, check out at 11:00.

the beds were the best ones we had slept in during our two weeks of travelling in Italy. Monika was great with advice and she helped us get a reasonably priced taxi fare to the airport.

we had to leave very early on the day after we arrived in Naples to discover anything disappointing

Monica was extremely helpful with everything we needed or requested. She also referred us to Francesca who provided transportation to and from airport and more.

Everything we requested was fulfilled. No negative feedback to give.

Especially the top service of the staff, extremely friendly and they tried everything to help as much as possible.

It was in the heart of the old town. I love Naples. The breakfast was very special
