There's a problem with inside temperature when it's hot outside (35 degrees C). There's only a window unit in the main room and the bedroom gets a little stuffy. A fan would help. The main room temperature didn't go below 25.

Perfect location in Perugia and whilst we didn’t meet Nicola he was readily available and answered our texts very promptly. Over the years we have rented many apartments in various parts of Italy and highly recommend this flat.

Superb location, nice restaurants around. Apartment very spacious. Since we were 4, it was really convenient to have 2 bathrooms as well.

Just a note for people with back problems - sofa bed mattress is very soft.

The location is hard to beat !! The amenities and cleanliness is top notch. A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms in such a prime location is a plus. Keep up the great hospitality Nicola !

The apartment is very spacious, clean and very modern. The cooking facilities were excellent. It was like at home. We didn't meet the host but he kept in contact and gave us all the info needed and was very helpful and polite. Its location is perfect as well.

If you want a classy apartment in the centre of Perugia look no further. Very friendly intersection with host who was very helpful on parking, sites and great restaurants. Large enough for a family of four to live in it. Highly recommended. Very close to the Cathedral and other main attractions as well as all the great food of Perugia. Very new and well decorated. Look no further for a stylish apartment just like home with all the amenities. Two bathrooms which are great when we are all in a hurry. We have recommended the place already

This is a self-checkin apartment. The host was awesome at providing all the necessary information that was needed to easily access the home. The apartment is in an excellent location in the old part of Perugia and is incredibly well appointed. The home is well kept, quiet, large, and has an incredibly comfortable bed as well as two bathrooms.

Top central location, cleanliness, easy to communicate with the manager/ owner, clear instructions to reach the apartment (as the first time the hallways can be a little confusing). The bed is by far one of the best (as in comfortable) I tried in my travels. Modern apartment. And the cleaning lady is very kind and does a great job!

The sofa is not comfortable to sleep on, at least not for kids taller than 170 cm.

Absolutely stunning in every possible way. Fantastic beds ( very important to us) best location ever, 2 bathrooms, new, clean, washing machine and very good communication with owner. Highly recommended

Great location, clean, everything was in working order.

The only thing we would change would be to add an a/c unit or fan in the bedroom. It was hard to get it to cool down at night, even with the bedroom door open.
