Conveniently located off the highway with easy on and off, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The pool area was smaller than expected, didn't allow much activity to take place in it

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of options. The lobby was comfortable and cozy

We checked out the morning of the 29th and the young man gave us a little attitude. The front lobby doors are locked for security and we did not know this. My husband tried to come back in and the doors would not open. The young man got upset like we knew they were locked. And had a small attitude about it. Other than that everything was excellent.

It’s the only place in new Albany or Louisville that we’ll stay at. The half dozen times we’ve stayed we have never had a bad experience

The staff was horrible rude and impolite.

The beds were extremely comfortable, like sleeping on air.

I had to wait a long time to check out, I think they were short staff, but not the front desk fault. She waa doing 2 jobs at once.

I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. The staff was so kind and helpful in directing us to the nearest hospital since it wasn’t severe enough for an ambulance but did need immediate attention. 4 minutes from a hospital and we’re given perfect directions.

There was no liner in the bathroom trash can. A small complaint overall.

Tina was very helpful in the breakfast room, a gift to your location. Additionally, her cheerful personality was a joy to look forward to in the morning…give her 5 stars!!
