Alles soweit in Ordnung, Ausstattung, Größe des Apartments, Sauberkeit, da gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Ein Wort der Kritik: Als wir ankamen waren zwei Fenster gekippt und alle Heizungen auf 0 gedreht. Die Wohnung war bei Außentemperaturen von rund 5°C komplett ausgekühlt und es hat ca. 2-3 Stunden gedauert, bis eine halbwegs angenehme Temperatur herrschte. Hier würde ich dem Betreiber für die Zukunft eine andere Vorgehensweise empfehlen damit man sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt.

Für unsere Zwecke war die Lage perfekt. Wir konnten auch schon früher einchecken, das war prima. Die Dame, mit der ich telefonischen Kontakt hatte war sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Das Apartment liegt direkt an der S-Bahn, mit offenem Fenster bestimmt eher schwierig zu schlafen. Das Apartment hat nach einer Mischung aus kaltem Rauch und Raumspray/Duftstäbchen. Es war innen zugepflastert mit "Rauchen verboten" Aufklebern, aber das hat offensichtlich jemanden nicht interessiert. Wir sind deshalb gar nicht über Nacht geblieben.

The apartment was great! It had everything one needs and it was super clean (including the kitchen). It is also in a quiet area. One can hear the trains though, but it is not very loud with the windows closed. Easy check-in.

The only thing we did not like was the mattress. It was very soft. It also had a topper, but it did not make it better.

The studio was fully eqiupped, well furnished and very clean. Not central but in a godd neighborhood with enough free parking lots in the area. The building is quite new and modern (I mean for Germany!).

The only minor thing was the noise from the trains, although closing the windows could damp it to quite well if you wanted.
