Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und es gibt alles, was man braucht.Klare Empfehlung!

Die Eingangstür ging nicht ganz auf, so dass man sich mit dem Gepäck etwas durchquetschen musste.

Het appartement is op de begane grond en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt dicht bij het centrum van Graz. Er zijn minstens twee supermarkten op een paar honderd meter afstand.

De wc-deur was hoognodig aan een opknapbeurt toe.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. Las sábanas parecían nuevas y todos los utensillos de cocina estaban en muy buen estado. El anfitrión tuvo el detalle de dejar en la cocina una botella de aceite, un estropajo limpio, lavavajillas, jabón en el lavabo, etc. La ubicación es excelente. El anfitrión nos recibió en su oficina (que está en la misma calle) y nos proporcionó mucha información útil sobre la ciudad. El aparcamiento también es muy cómodo.

La iluminación es algo escasa. Insuficiente para leer o escribir. Estuvimos en agosto, así que pasamos un poco de calor (no hay aire acondicionado). Puedes abrir la ventana para ventilar, pero, por desgracia, los vecinos del edificio tienen la costumbre de fumar justo debajo de la ventana del apartamento.

The apartment is spacious for one person. It's at ground floor, so not to worry if you carry heavy luggage with you.

I was in Graz for my daughter's competition. The nearest train station to get to the stadium is 10 minutes away which meant I have to walk alone for 10 mins every night due to the competition finished late. The heater is also not strong, even though I have set it to 25 degrees, I still woke up chilling at night. The bottom of the kettle for boiling hot water was not so clean even after I tried to clean it. So, I had to heat a glass of water in microwave each time to make hot drink. The pillow size is more like throw pillows and very soft, so I had to stack 2 pillows to sleep (lucky I stayed alone).

Slight knock: the traffic noise

Very nice accomodation, well designed, just few hundred meters from city center, all daily needs shops in close proximity (bakery, grocery, market, restaurants) sheltered parking for the fee just acrosss the street.

Accomodation is by the main street, so it's little bit noisier, parking is underground sou you have to look carefully (it's not negative it's just heads up)

Nice location, 15 minutes walk to the city centre, lots of cafes, restaurants, little shops in the neighbourhood, and supermarkets. Close to the river so you can take a walk on the promenade. The apartment is small but equipped with everything you might need for a short stay, Very friendly host too.

There is no window in the living room/kitchen, you walk right into it from the street. If there's a little more smoke during cooking, the fire alarm goes off. There is no proper bathroom either, just a shower in the part of the bedroom.
