Large room and large well-equipped bathroom. Feeling of a high-class hotel.

Excellent site in the old city. We were "upgraded" to a rather strange top floor suite with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Staff were great---welcoming, upgrading the accommodations, and suggesting an excellent restaurant (not the one on site) for dinner. Fun to walk the city and explore. Art work everywhere was a lovely touch--adding to the class of the hotel, but overall quirky.

Hard to find via GPS/map app. Ended up on crowded street with streetcars--not where we should have been. ultimately realized that we should have been following the signs for the hotel that were displayed in the old town.

Location is great with just a few minutes walk to the centre! The upstairs bedroom lead by a spiral staircase in our room was a nice surprise.

I believe I was just unlucky during my stay. The elevator did not work, the first night I did not have hot water in the shower, but when I asked the reception, they fixed it immediately.

The room was gigantic and well-appointed. Everything was comfortable and very functional. The hotel itself has a playful historic vibe.

Because it's an old building, the sound-proofing between floors was not the best. An active toddler above us woke up at 5AM, which was a mega drag on a Saturday morning. Though, I guess I feel worse for its parents? (Not really. I mostly felt bad for me.) There was a small mix-up with the parking, but no biggle.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful, the service is impeccable- we required an early check in and late checkout and already from the message exchanges prior to our arrival they reassured us that , although couldn’t confirm, they will try to accommodate our request - and so they did. We were given a spacious, comfortable and well equipped triple room. Quiet, clean, worm and cozy, the room was just perfect. The breakfast is also at a high standard, diverse and sufficient. With the hotel located in the centre of Graz, we were only a few minutes walking distance from the main tourist attractions. We thank the hotel and team for the pleasant stay.

The position is perfect to walk everywhere in the city. The parking at 16€/day instead of 36. The big spaces in the room and big shower. The staff very patient and nice.

The tv is not a smart one so it allows to watch Austrian programmes only. There were not enough bath products being a 4star (only one hand soap and one shampoo). No slippers provided. No free water. the wifi was not working well at all. Few sweet products at breakfast (no cookies, no biscuits, no granola, no nuts and almonds, no granola)
