Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Soddisfatti con la presenza di tanti canali in TV, tra cui la RAI Internazionale. Aria condizionata funziona perfettamente

Nel complesso tutta la struttura, potenzialmente molto bella, ma ormai datata, bisognosa di una profonda ristrutturazione. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la serratura della porta d'entrata del nostro appartamento, la cui serratura funzionava male

La gentillesse des femmes qui s’occupent de l’entretien. Nous avons eu la chance d,avoir des singes hurleurs à côté de nous . J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine.

Nous avons eu un problème électrique dans notre chambre , mais ils sont venus le régler dès de lendemain.

Das Appartement war groß genug für unsere Familie, 2 Bäder und Klimaanlagen, der Pool und der Garten waren sehr schön angelegt. Über den kostenlosen Wäscheservice haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Auch fanden wir es großartig, dass sich unsere Tochter ein Bodyboard ausleihen konnte. Die Lage war auch in Ordnung - nah am Strand und dennoch ruhig.

Leider wurden wir während wir schliefen bestohlen. Jemand öffnete im Erdgeschoss ein Fenster und griff von aussen ins Wohnzimmer rein und holte sich Rucksäcke raus. Mein Sohn war zum Glück noch wach und bemerkte eine Bewegung am Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr erschrocken und fühlten uns absolut nicht mehr sicher. Anhand der Reaktion des Personals am nächsten Tag haben wir gemerkt, dass es nicht das erste Mal war. Die Anlage war mit einem Zahlencode abgesichert. Wir baten um eine Änderung, dies wurde uns versprochen, ist aber leider nicht passiert. Später haben wir festgestellt, dass Turnschuhe, die wir zum Trocknen rausgestellt hatten, ebenfalls verschwunden waren. Leider habe ich ähnliche Bewertungen auf booking und google zu spät gesehen.

Sitting by the pool and watching monkeys in the tree

The apartments were comfortable and the swimming pool was very pleasant. The staff were responsive and we had a shower problem fixed as soon as we mentioned it. We also had a free laundry service which was a bonus for tired travellers.

The first impression was that it was a bit tired looking and had quite a few ants indoors.

Nice looking property in a gated group of buildings. The apartment is very large with a top and bottom floor. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room and TV, upstairs on a loft type of deal is a large bed and a 2nd bathroom. There is a powerful downstairs and upstairs A/C. In the back is a small patio. Water in the shower is sometimes warm, sometimes cold. It differs per bathroom. Very adventurous. The pool is nice and tranquilo. It's kept clean. There is a pleasant line of trees around. A good vibe. You can walk to town or the beach in a short 5-10 minutes. There is free parking for a few stalls up front, if it's full, on the other side of the entrance gate is more. Access to the property is on an unpaved road with lots of rocks. Drive slowly. There is a code for the gate which is closed at night. The washing machine is not in the apartment, it's the same that is used by the staff. You need to ask to use it. It is a nice place , some small points of improvement, but to my taste it was too pricey and Tamarindo is not that special.

The wifi signal was weak and was completely unavailable at different times, even by the office where it comes from (turned off?). I told the reception, the answer was that it will work later. Maybe run a reliable cable to the apartments with a booster? I used the 4G on my mobile as a wifi hotspot most of the time. Some of the kitchen things are very old.

Very nice and spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. Nice nature in the complex, we even saw monkeys, ratcoons, lizsrds etc.

Beautiful spacious, modern apartment. Everything you need. Well secured. Nice gardens and pool. Not too far out of town but enough to be away from the very busy main street.

Sofa bed is uncomfortable. You can here people in the pool area very clearly as the bedroom is right next to it.
