The location was amazing and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We were a bit cold the first day and as soon as we messaged they turned the heat up in our room which we really appreciated. The mountain was so close it only took a few minutes to walk to the lifts and when we first arrived we were picked up which was great since we arrived with a giant suitcase. We would definitely come back!

I liked everything; Lara and Scott made me feel so welcome in the place, and the breakfast was delicious. The bus station is pretty close to the hotel, and the atmosphere of this place is magical; I wish I could stay longer.

It's probably just the water pressure when you shower; that is it.

Old but cozy property. Very well maintained and clean

The breakfast was nice and straight-forward with more than enough servings, along with a good drink selection (coffee, tea, juices). Staff took really good care of the facilities and was always ensuring areas were clean, warm and safe. They also assisted me with several questions about the transportation and pick-up by luggage delivery services which was extremely helpful. I'm already fluent in spoken / written Japanese and couldn't figure somethings out by myself.
