It had everything that you needed and was very comfortable. Great location not far from the main square.

There was a leak under the sink with a basin that had to be emptied each morning. The shower wasn’t very powerful and took time to warm up.

Excellent hosts- George and Natasha are outstanding. Comfortable beds, good shower and great location.

One minor issue. Toilet bin could be emptied and towels replaced more frequently

I loved our hosts, Natasha and her husband were really nice and helped with everything we needed! the location was also superb, just a few minute walk from the besch and city center!

very basic but very clean. staff lovely

The location was very good, close to everything but not in front of the noisy bars. The room was spacious and clean, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nice view from the balcony.

The only thing that I would improve was the kitchen. The equipment is very basic and if you plan to cook more it's not the most convenient.

The owner couldn't do enough for you, I needed an additional fan which she provided nothing was too much trouble, the hotel is a short walk to the bars and restaurants and the beach, there's a pool in Elga Hotel which is seconds away we could have used but we like the beach, our room was spacious, and I'm grateful that the owner put me on the 1st floor due to a disability. If you don't have high expectations then you can't go wrong with this small hotel ☺

The room only got cleaned once during our week's stay but I think thats to do with Covid however if there's anything you needed you only needed to ask, the hotel was a little outdated but I can't complain due to it being cheap, you get what you pay for

It's a wonderful place to stay. Great location,just in the centrum of Kardamena. Clean and comfortable room with two balconies was simply fantastic! We were welcomed and treated as nobles :) The owners are very nice and helpful people,so our stay in Kaloxenia was pure pleasure. Thank you very much for everything and hope to visit Kaloxenia again next year!

We had a great time at this studio. Very simple but nicely equipped and in the center of the town, just a couple of streets behind. The family who owns the property is very kind and helpful. Thank you !

Great hosts(helped us to arrange transport to the airport, late check out), clean apartment, perfect location (close to bus stop, taxi, supermarket, beach). There are a few pools to use nearby.

The room was lovely, with two balconies, everything was clean. Bathroom was nice, there was enough space to feel comfortable. It was easy to make simple meals, there were enough kitchen utensils. The family running the guesthouse was very nice. And the location is also great because not too far from the beach, but in peaceful area for good sleep.

Great hosts basic but very clean apartment and they couldn't have been nicer people perfect location and supermarket at end of road 2 mins would definitely stay here again

Rooms clean and all you need for self catering. Located near to shops restaurants local transport but lovely and quiet at night .owners friendly and approachable. No pool but that's not a problem as there are many pools to use nearby. Wifi is great and available in all areas at no cost .air con available at no extra cost which was brilliant. Also owner had put plug in mosquito repellent. If like us couple early 50s looking for clean basic accommodation then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend .

Lovely spacious room, nice host, happy to help and clean room. One bed was very comfy other two was to hard for me.
