The accommodation was very spacious and well set out. It was on a lovely quiet street with beautiful old homes and big trees. There was plenty of clear information given about the property and access etc.

The garage was very spacious in width but our Ford Everest only just fitted to put down the roller door which was fine.

Communication was great leading up to our arrival. Instructions clear for how to get keys and enter property. Lovely modern unit, with classic features. Close to Maitland, Hunter Valley and Newcastle. Main bed was comfortable. We will be back next time we visit the area

The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the whole place had a nice feel to it.

the place could have been a little cleaner, the microwave and cooking trays were not clean. Only 1 remote could be found for the 2 TV's, couldn't find the instructions for the air conditioner and the main bathroom door lock is falling off.

Clean, and modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds Appreciated washing machine and laundry powder supplied. Courtyard area a great asset.

Difficult parking, we had two large SUV cars and had to leave one on street. Difficult to turn around which meant a long reverse in tight driveway. We had back unit of three (not noted there was more than one unit on listing-they must be identical so no real issue) but this was quite noisy from the adjacent highway.

Its very cosy and comfortable like home. Truely love the quiet street and neighborhood. 5 mins away from shops and restaurants. Nice very clean and tidy . Have all essentials appliances and kids cutlery / crockery as well. Even floor through out is the top favorites of 75+ mother .🙂 Close to Hunter valley,horse riding Polkinbin,New castle ( memorial walk,Bar beach,Blackburn Resrve park are just 30mins away. An hour drive away from Nelson Bay,Anna Bay,One mile Beach ,Gan Gan Lookout,Quard Biking . Definitely book it again for sure 😊

Location was perfect and the house was clean with comfy beds.

Property was exceptionally well presented.

Lots of dogs barking in nearby properties Insulation would improve the close proximity of neighbouring property conversations & activities very audible at all hours even with all windows closed.

the place was super clean and well equipped, the staff was communicative and came round when we needed help. The accommodation was beyond expectations.

The door was a little hard to lock but other use couldn’t fault it.

Everything was perfect. The unit was absolutely beautiful, it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed including a barbeque out the back in the which was great. The accommodation was close to all shops big shopping centre only 15 minute drive away.

Quiet, lock up parking close to Maitland sports park. Plenty of room

Guest wifi was pretty patchy. Didn’t worry me but my son had very little data left and couldn’t watch the cricket. Minor problem.

Modern house with bright interiors, great appliances and ducted air-conditioning through-out. Nice touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine and some pre-stock essential staples (coffee capsules, canned tuna, peanut butter, etc). Central location to access the Hunter Valley when the sun is shining, and New Castle or GreenHill Shopping Centre when it was raining.

The WiFi internet did not work properly during the whole week that we were there and there was an annual Fire check that took place during our visit.

The two properties we booked were side by side.

Coffee machine is House 2 didn’t work. incomplete number of plates etc per house but we made it work because we had two properties. Bowl left behind not found.
