Zeer vriendelijk personeel, beste locatie direct bij de zee, goede kamers Gambianse standard, leuke atmosphere. Very nice place view over the sea and river, very friendly staff nice hotel grounds and very well kept. The rooms are very good for Gambian standards. Over all very happy with the stay and would warmly recommend. Nice facilities and entertainment in the night. Located directly by many local restaurants, Indian Zaika Restaurant up the road is very good and entertainment at night by Happy corner and Smiling coast.

More vegetarian vegan options as well as local dishes in the restaurant. Its very focused on European food.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was located directly on the beach which was gorgeous. The hotel was incredibly clean, not a cockroach in sight The food was quite varied but would have been good to have more african options for a more authentic experience The breakfast was excellent and good quality tea good air con and shower facilities Special shout out to the excellent waiter at breakfast and lunch, Backary, who really made our stay something special. He kept our teas and coffees topped up and reserved us bananas when we were lazier and fancied a lie in, touches we really appreciated. A great stay to just relax and chill

It was an absolute nightmare to pay for the hotel despite them accepting mastercard, the card payment didn't go through so we ended up wasting a whole day of our holiday trying to sort this. We had been driven around the country emptying out cash machines (and therefore incurring 3% charges every time we took out cash) as they have a max limit of 6,000 delassi or 3,000 delassi (100£) on the machines and a re bill was 12x that! Really stressful experience which dampened our holiday and no remuneration, discount or gesture of good will was offered to apologise for this. The gym equipment could have been better and more ventilated Needs air con in the gym The hotel wasn't full but around the pool was very crowded so in high season can imagine this is a real problem Needs diet drink options Needs a better selection of board games for guests to enjoy, or DVDS/Netflix Needs better wifi. Some of the equipment is tired such as broken bats for the ping pong table
