The location is great and staff were lovely. It was ok as a place to sleep.

It’s very basic for the price you pay. The blinds aren’t fully blackout and you can really hear people on the streets. This isn’t something you can complain about when it is situated on a busy street. We had an issue with ants on the floor, but that has been common in a lot of places. If you’re looking for a quite place to chill with a boyfriend, maybe this isn’t the spot

The location of the hotel is great, right at the center of town! Close to everything you need. The staff was great and the room size is decent as well.

There's nothing in particular that i dislike about this property, for the price you pay, this is one of the best choices!

What I love most is the location of the hotel. It is walking distance to the best restaurants & bar: Angel's Wish, Maa's Grill, Art Cafe and Sava Beach bar. Walking distance to the beach (not really for swimming just for tour pick up), the church, flowershop, a popular bakery shop and Gusto Gelato. The staff were great and very accommodating as well. They helped us arranged a transfer to Nacpan beach and offered the best way to go there. The staff even gave recommendation what other place we can visit along the way.

The lack of toiletries. There are only 2 sachet of shampoo and 2 small soap and I think you can still improve the rooms. No hangers, no chair, no closet.

The property was in a nice location Also the staff was really welcoming expecially She and Kim. Thanks for their hospitality and they were assisting me in arranging for Island hoping tours and to desribe about the places nearby to vist.

First off, the staff was amazing! Very helpful and nice. The location is great, 3-min walk from the beach (where you can take the boat for a tour) and right in the center with the shops. One small thing: A lot, a lot of ants in the room. We came back from a tour and our sink was full of ants, for us, it was fine but just be aware.

Great central location with friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable enough and a good retreat from the chaos of El Nido

We requested a room clean 3 times in one day and it never happened. This was unfortunate because the bin was overflowing and they didn’t seem to care so much despite our request to have it cleaned.

Excellent location in the heart of El Nido.

Ants everywhere. So noisy at night, could hear all the bikes riding the the street. Was very hard to rest. There is no natural light in the room, and nowhere to hang towels even. You go to El Nido to partake in outdoor activities but there’s no where to hang your towel from the day, let alone hang it to dry. Very hard bed. Not a comfortable room at all. Very weak wifi.

Near the beach and the staff were really nice. Free coffee from morning ‘til afternoon. Facilities were clean.

From the reception/staffs to the room. Magnificent!!! It is a value of money, good location to all the restos and it is near the beach. They were very accomodating to our request. And the best part was?? unlimited coffee👌I really recommend this place.

It was close to everything! Tons of good food, good spots around. The staff, especially She, was amazing! He was very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom smelled awful – lights were too dim for my own personal liking.
