Mike was an amazing host! We had no problems or concerns but yet he checked in with us regularly to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay! Couldn't ask for better!

The property is located within minutes of all our planned activities in Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, and Cape May. The large windows in the living room allow a lot of light in. It was particularly enjoyable to have our breakfast and a late night snack on the front deck. The entire condo is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, including the pull out queen size sofa that I slept on. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very pleasant. The property owner responds immediately to any questions and provides easy directions for check in and check out. Highly recommend this property to anyone, including large families.

Clean, Cozy and Perfect for a Family Beach Vacation

Had a wonderful stay, the location was great with a view of the ocean, the host was very quick to respond.

My family and I stayed at Mike and Erin’s for Irish Weekend and it was perfect! It is so close to the beach, has a beautiful deck to enjoy your meals, the beds were super comfy, and the entire condo was clean and had everything you might need while on vacay. Mike was incredibly responsive and sent really helpful/detailed instructions for check in and check out. If steps are tough for you, that would be the only thing to keep in mind as it’s on the top floor. So worth the view of the beach though!!

This rental was perfect for our girls weekend! Such a quick walk to the beach we were able to run back to the house throughout the day. Check in was super early and Mike was very accommodating the entire booking process! We will be booking again :)

We stayed with two other couples for a long weekend at the beach. Property was accurately described in listing. Have a partial beach view from the balcony. Owner was very responsive. Only two blocks from the boardwalk. Would recommend.

We had a really really good time

We have been traveling with our family to Wildwood for years This year we had a few extra family members with us, so decided on a rental house. It was perfect for us, especially location. There was one sofa, dining table and bar stools to provide plenty of seating for everyone. Very convenient having the dishwasher, washer and dryer! It was such a pleasure staying there, we hope to return in the future.

This property was perfect location to the beach and boardwalk. Great bedroom set up for our group. The property owner was super responsive for pre trip planning and answering questions like the best grocery store to run to during our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Place had everything you need, but on the second floor so the steps maybe heard for some.

The house is in a great location. Close to the beach with ocean views from the deck. The owners let us know that with Covid they were taking extra precautions with cleaning/sanitizing the house. Which made me feel better about staying in someone else’s house other than my own. The only issue we had was that the a/c unit was working properly. However, once I reached out to the owner he had someone come that same day to fix it. They were very apologetic about the a/c having issues and are now working on getting a brand new a/c unit. I would def recommend this rental.

Great stay with family- the loft was a little hot, but were able to bring box fan for cooler air.

The location was excellent with a wonderful Lanai and view of the ocean. The walking distance and accessibility to the ocean and boardwalk was perfect for our family. The owner was extremely helpful and available for any questions.

We stayed for a weekend in June. The place was clean, updated, and you can’t beat the location! The owner was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!
