The room was very clean, and updated. Bed was super comfy and the pillows were great. I believe we might have been the only people staying there that night so it was really quiet. Definitely will stay there again while passing through town.
Not having to check in at the front desk was a bit weird but also convenient. Parking could be a huge problem if the rooms were all full.

Location was close to downtown but right on a main drag so was worried about noise but we had a room towards the back so it was ok. Rooms were updated nicely
there was no closet and only a few hooks to hang clothes. They need to install hooks on the back of the bathroom door, add a small shelf tower or additional baskets in the bathroom as there was literally nowhere to put your things since it had a pedestal sink with no counter. Bed wasn’t very comfy and the bonus room with pullout couch didn’t have ac so it was quite hot.

There was no happy medium with the ac. It was either freezing or hot. But that is no reflection of the hotel.

Perfect location! Walking distance to downtown. Walking distance to Tubb Hill and the public beaches around it. These beaches are a couple of minutes walk south of the inn. They are not crowded like the downtown beach. There are lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Also, there is a supermarket. The bed was supercomfortable. Streaming is available on the TV. Staff worked remotely, but they were a text away. Would definitely stay here on our next visit.

The room was exceptionally clean. Very nice refrigerator. Loved everything about the shower. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Excellent location, and the room was quiet even though it is on a main street.
No real surface space in the bathroom, so we used the table in the room. Windows are small, not that there's much to see in the alley lol.

The property was cozy, clean, and everything else you’re looking for. it was in a great location where you could walk to downtown Coeur d’Alene or drive less than 5 minutes and park. We had a great stay in every aspect.
The only thing we questioned at all was the price a little bit. we stayed 3 days and we were the only other ones there. We questioned if we paid to much, although we loved our stay regardless. Ultimately, we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the outdoor pergola seating area. The coded doors were very convenient and easy to use. It was not too far from the airport and close to everyone we came to see. And easy access to restaurants and shopping. We were delightfully impressed by everything North Idaho Inn had to offer.
Our room was on the busy road. A lot of noisy cars and motorcycles drove by most of the night. Our friends in other rooms said their rooms were very quiet.

absolutely delighted with my stay here! The room was so comfortable and clean! Very peaceful, never heard any outside noises. I definitely recommend and I’m personally planning to return!

this is one of the best stays that i've experienced during my current travels. check-in was smooth and the room was furnished with just the right touches to make you feel at home.

The room was cute. Quiet property.
The location was kind of isolated. I thought I would be right downtown with restaurants/coffee shops closer. Across from liquor store and graffiti on buildings was uncomfortable. Wouldn't walk that part of town at night. Otherwise, all okay.

Great location, safe area, surprisingly quiet, clean room, updated, kpod coffee maker, mini fridge, (no microwave) but not a big deal, stocked with plenty of coffee and creamer, spacious room, large smart tv, plenty of towels, gazebo with sitting area, Jen was easy to communicate with, door is passcode so no need for cards as it is contactless check-in.
There is a dark honeycomb shade instead of curtains so light shines in room at night and in morning. Easy fix.

I was traveling with my two young girls and so I was very particular about the safety of my girls and the cleanliness of the room. It was a 6 hour travel and we were soooo happy we chose this place.
