Lovely property with lots of charm and character in the old town close to the cathedral. Welcome by the owner is very friendly and warm. Our room had a traditional 4 poster bed that was very comfortable and a nice spacious bathroom. Everything is spotless. with great attention to detail. We only stayed one night in December and it was very quiet which we appreciated. Would be very happy to come back when next visiting Andalucia. Highly recommended!

Very quaint hotel with interesting decor and history. Location in the centre of the old part of the city: perfect for exploring the old city and cave dwellings on foot. Large bathroom with spacious shower & two basins. Comfortable bedroom & bed. Easy parking within a few metres of the hotel (in public space). Helpful host. Refrigerator in the room. Very good value.

Restaurants were difficult to find after 20:00 (bars were open, but without food). Fortunately, supermarkets were still open. A kettle in the room would be a plus.

The setting in a very old building was lovely. The bathroom was amazing

No wifi code. No explanation of water fountain. We found it when we went to buy some water. Nobody around in the morning. Impersonal. The churchbell kept us awake most of the night

Then the beautiful design of the whole place but the most important one is the owner who is extremely helpful and should be an example for others. He even woke up early morning to say personally goodbye when I was leaving. Thank you

The hotel is very well situated in the old part of Guadix, and it´s in a very quiet area. The house is around 500 years old and has been very sympathetically decorated. The old well of the original house is still visible in the internal patio. The owner, Manolo, is extremely hospitable and invited us to taste the wine he makes himself in the basement bodega - it was delicious! There are several good restaurants and bars close by and Guadix is a very interesting place to visit, steeped in history. We´d recommend a trip to see the Dolmen at Gorafe, which was inhabited around 5000 years ago. We really enjoyed our visit and our stay at Las Termas.

It was very good to stay in this old house. It was very comfortable and the host was nice.

I am sensitive to smell and there was smell from something like gasoline or something similar in the room. Still gave 9 because I trust they will find out what that was and stop it.

Super comfortable bed , large bathroom , location fabulous once I discovered Street parking.

Unfortunately between 2 and 4 the hallway was full of young people singing loudly and playing the piano . Even out of season I recommend you pre-book a restaurant we couldn't get in anywhere in the evening. The shower curtain is so short the water goes everywhere. Unable to change the language in the TV.

Beautifully restored covered courtyard ancient building in historical centre very near cathedral and other sights. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed. Our en suite was very plush with gold double sinks and large tiled shower.

The shower hot water ran out. I think the thermostat needed adjusting so not a big deal.No hair dryer in room. Possibly available on request .. we did not ask.

The staff is so friendly we really felt welcome. The house is very impressive and the room was cozy. We only stayed for 1 night but could not imagine any better stay in Guadix. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks again!

Whilst quite boring from the outside, the interior is amazing!! An unusual place as you feel you are visiting a place of interest and there are beautiful antiques and artefacts all around. The host is lovely, helpful and you are taken down to the cellar where you are poured and given a bottle of red wine made on the premises from local grapes- delicious! The room is small but spotless and cozy. 100 metres from the cathedral which is a must visit. A local plaza 5 mins away is brilliant for a mix with the locals and some good food and drink. Guadix can be seen in a day but do visit the cave houses. Parking is easy!!

We always travel with a kettle as like most smaller properties don’t supply this. We love a cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning.

The location was superb, very near to the cathedral. I was able to park the car easily. The owner and his family were very helpful and showed me the route to a local restaurant, 'El Refugio' , where I had an excellent meal.

Absolutely superb guesthouse with very lovely and helpful hosts. Would stay there again anytime. Amazing 500+ year old building renovated with a lot of care and consideration. Everything perfect and beyond expectations.

The house is centrally situated only a short walk from the cathedral and the commercial centre. The house, originally 15th century has been renovated tastefully and to a high standard. Our hosts were efficient and very friendly and gave us a bottle of their homemade wine (yet to be tasted so I can't comment) . The room was comfortable and well laid out and the bathroom was large with fresh white towels. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

If I were to criticise anything it would only be for the sake of it, so I'll say nothing.

The unique building with a private court inside owned by the host who also made a transparent roof so the light can come inside the court.

Everything was just perfect. Nothing to complain about.
