At the time of my arrival to Kingston as I traveled from Westmoreland, I called the host to inform them that I was enroute to the property. The host answered only to inform me that my reservation was cancelled. He noted the reason for the cancellation is that I did not call to confirm. I shared that I have traveled for years and once a reservation is made it is not incumbent on the guest to contact the hotel to confirm that they are coming. Notably, even after I made the reservation I even emailed the property to confirm that they have WIFI. I can say that the host did assist me in locating a nearby property which was safe and comfortable.

The ease in which we were able to get in and out of the property was priceless. Total privacy and the place was clean and very convenient I would definitely stay again.

There was nothing to not like everything was on point.

The owner is a thief he charges 50 dollars us more than whats on bookings and if u try to clarify with him he gets disrespectful
