Even though the hotel was rather busy during our weekend stay the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to a major shopping mall .

The noise from neighbouring businesses at night was quite intrusive.

Location, close to malls, infinity pool view at the top,city view at night on 6th floor, child friendly pool. Affordable in-room massage and variety of breakfast buffet.

We checked in late, before midnight, we were suprised that our confirmed room in booking is gone. Their excuse was "system error, overbooking". I booked 1 room for 2 nights and 3 days a month prior of arrival and that happened? It was a bad start. Kids are sleepy and we are tired from the trip and we were transferred to a different hotel just for the night. It was a hassle to be fetched in the morning and transfer back to Zuri. We also noticed that they have multiple events booked everyday so the lobby,restaurant was crowded and the check-in and out is so slow. I did not feel it was a hotel, no exclusivity. Parking is small too. Not worth the price of the room from the experience.

WE HAD PENDING COMPLAIN AND PEOOLE HERE ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL...hotel personnel are very unprofessional and not helpful especially resolving disputes and payment.

Breakfast buffet was good. They almost have everything from salad to pasta even batchoy. Room is spacious. Location is accessible. Staff are nice also and accomodating.

We went on a Friday..almost a weekend. Takes a long time to check in. Pool is not enough for a big hotel. So its almost taken over by kids. We were on the 5th floor and we can hear the band on the restaurants outside the hotel even if the window is close. I suggest if you are a light sleeper choose a lower floor.
