this home was so beautiful inside and out , the neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors are so kind and the house was very clean and had everything we needed !! definitely would stay again and the host was very nice and easy to get a hold of as well! will definitely be staying in this home again.

Stayed here for a couple of days to enjoy the area. It was a perfect fit for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice, clean space. The neighborhood is quiet & many stores are only minutes away.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here while visiting our family in Largo. House looked just like the pictures, easy to find and it was close by alot of shops and a publix!!!! Will stay again if house is ever available.

This was my 2nd stay here. Love this property. I come here for work and it's location is excellent. Had 1 small issue. I only mention because they worked so hard and fast to take care of it. That's how good the host is.

Clean and convenient.... but lacking. Mattresses and pillows are old, not comfortable, ceiling fans are very loud, a bed side light would be great, maybe some bathroom floor mats, and a shelf in the shower. Hot and cold water plumbed backwards throughout. Master toilet leaks at base. Attention to some details would make this place great.

Just as the pictures showed in the listing. Property is clean and was spacious enough for two adult couples. We enjoyed our stay for spring training! About 10 minutes to BayCare park and 20 minutes to TD Ballpark. And less than a half hour from Clearwater Beach. Very convenient location, though it is on a pretty busy street near a fire station (?) and we heard lots of sirens during our stay. The plus side to a busy street is we could walk to CVS and Publix! I’d definitely recommend for a spring training stay!

I was in Clearwater for business and the home was perfect. Very comfortable, conveniently located to my offices. But it's a very short drive to recreational areas as well. Given how close it is to a major business thoroughfare it was very quiet. The next time I'm in town this will definitely be my first choice.

This home was exactly like the pictures showed. It was so clean and spacious. The location was very convenient to access the highway. Walking distance to grocery and drug store. Host was very easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean beds were comfortable. 1 suggestion would be to add TVs to all bedrooms and a dresser. Everything was nearby and the manager was so nice and answer in a timely manner.

Perfect for family
Home was very nicely updated & clean. Beach was 15-20 minutes away. Home had beach chairs, towels & even beach toys for the youngest which worked out perfect for our daily excursions. We would book again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your home!

Close to many beaches
My family of six stayed here. We loved it! The location was close to many beaches and restaurants about 20 minute drive to anywhere! We explored Clearwater, St Pete’s and Tampa! The house was perfect for us! Marsela was wonderful at communicating with us and helping us with any issue! Would stay here again! 😊

Comfortable, convenient and quiet
Property looked as expected. Main living and kitchen area floors were not clean, but everything else was. I did buy some potholders and dishtowels for the unit. The dryer did not work well, but these were small things and I would definitely rent it again. My family did say the queen bed was very uncomfortable and could use a mattress topper. Regardless, we loved the place and I would highly recommend it.

Girls Trip 2021
I came to the Clearwater area with my two cousins, to visit family and have some fun . Once we arrived at the property we could not believe how beautiful it was. The house was very clean and having 3 bedrooms was perfect, so we each had our own room. My host, Marcela, was amazing and anytime I had a question or a request , she would answer me within the hour. I would love to stay there again and bring my grown children on a future vacation. Also, we loved the area, it was close to everything stores, the beaches were minutes away and the neighborhood was very nice. Thank you again, Marcela!

We have a nice stay at this clean and convenient home. There are shops and restaurants close by. The home is exactly as pictured. Master bed was comfortable and the room as great size. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Stay & Accommodating Host
We had a lovely stay at Marsela’s property. Checkin was super easy even though we arrived late into evening/early morning hours. This spot has great proximity to shopping, a variety of restaurants, and is only about a 20 minute drive to the beach! We left a bag at the property and the owner contacted us and arranged a pickup location as she’d already checked the next guest into the property. She was extremely accommodating. The only issue we experienced is that the bathrooms didn’t have bath mats, which we rectified with a quick Instacart from Target. All in all, we had a great stay. I highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed.
