This was a fantastic week getaway for my family. Beautiful condo with everything we could need. The beach was perfect with a lifegaurd right out in front of the resort. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo!! Hopefully we will be back soon.

We booked having stayed at the DBR in the past (10+ ago) years. While the resort has seen some hurricane damage and overall decline, the unit we booked was great. Everything we needed was right there. The location of this property is great, a little away from the Daytona busy-ness and closer to quiet Ormond Beach. Publix is right across the street and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The teenagers traveling with me prefer the ocean over a pool so the pools being out of order right now so not an issue for us. Overall, we would book again.

Great location steps away from the beach. Beautiful balcony views. Across the street is a publix, Wslgreens and several restaurants.

Nice unit, could use some more paint on the white walls. No bugs that was a plus. Long walk to the beach, a lot of the view is blocked by palm trees. Would still recommend this unit

We really enjoyed our stay at Daytona Resort and Conference Center. Everything was clean and exactly as listed. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, but it was resolved quickly. The best part is that the condo is right on the beach, which was perfect. William was very kind and accommodating. He is very helpful and quick to respond when need to communicate with him. I would stay here again.

Mostly everything is liked, close to beach and absolutely warm water, a lot of restaurants and stores close to resort, unfortunately pools was closed after hurricane

My family stayed for 3 nights before heading over to Disney. The pools were closed, but the owner did a great job communicating with us and keeping us in the loop! The condo was clean and the beach was great!

Loved the location on the beach. Bill was a great host and very responsive to emails. There are so many great restaurants to choose from as well as activities. The property was very clean and stocked with many essentials. Had a great beach vibe to the decor. We would definitely book this location in the future if we had a need!

My sister and I stayed for three nights while visiting family in the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a great view with spectacular sun rises each morning. I definitely enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.

Had a wonderful stay in Daytona! Our condo had everything we could think of needing and Mr. Mitchell was very informative and great with his communication.
Yes all the pools were closed due to the hurricane a few months ago, but that information was disclosed to us before we confirmed our trip.
Our 3 children (6, 4, and 3) really enjoyed the beach and had a great time without the pools. Will definitely be coming back again!

Clean space and well kept. Views were amazing and the host was great about communication and if theres any issues be sure to reach out immediately and William will be sure to take care of it.

Our stay was good except the limited parking. We brought our
66 year old aunt who has never seen the ocean or beach ever. The walk to the beach was a bit but we were not going to pay to park on the beach daily. Overall it was a good little getaway

The unit we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. Everything we needed for the 30 day stay was there.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. William was a great communicator and kept us well informed on the impact that recent hurricanes had on the property. The hallways of the resort center were a little rough and could use some work, the unit itself was very nice and just as advertised, but you could tell the sleeper sofa hadn't been opened and cleaned out in a while. These were the only things that prevented us from giving 5 out of 5.

Overall great stay with the exception of Hurricane Nicolle. Staff at front desk not very friendly or helpful but every time I contact the owner of our condo he responded immediately.

Amazing!!
This is the second year we have stayed at this resort, first year in this condo! We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. The view from the balcony was great; we had a little rain while on our stay, but sitting on the balcony and watching the storms roll in was one of the highlights.

Beautiful Location
Amazing location! The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean, absolutely gorgeous! The condo is very nice as well. Just warning if you are booking from Canada, the communication isn’t great becuase emails go to junk mail and text messages do not go through.

Quick beach vacation
We enjoyed a short vacation to relax on the beach after visiting Disney World. Beach access was great and the view was awesome. Even saw a SpaceX launch from the beach one evening. Great place.

Great Getaway
We had an excellent 5 day stay! Views of the pool and ocean can't be beat. Condo had everything we needed and more. We are already planning to book next year! Check in was a little rocky as the parking garage was closed due to repairs so we had to park in the overflow lot next door. Otherwise a great relaxing stay!

Fantastic Condo
Bill has a fantastic condo and he is easy to communicate with. We would love to stay in this condo again as long as the Daytona Beach Resort gets their stuff straight. We had an issue with the resort management and Bill was quick to jump in and help.
The condo is well appointed with sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, initial supplies for the week, etc. Bill's up front emails are very clear what to expect once you arrive at the property.
