I have been here for over a month for work. I must say that the hotel is new, renovated, clean, and technologically advanced. The cleaning ladies are very nice and more than happy to accommodate requests. On the other hand, Dilan and Ebru, the ladies at the reception, go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. This is truly Boardinghouse City Home, because I felt at home!

Perfekt. Küche neu und sauber, Geschirr, das Bett sehr bequem, eine gute Decke und Kissen.
Das Bad groß und mit Fenster, allerlei Hacken, Ablagen, blitzeblank.
Eine sehr liebe und nette Dame am Empfang.

Das Zimmer mit kleiner Küche war tadellos sauber. Das Mobiliar ist neuwertig&nicht abgewohnt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich&hilfsbereit.
Das W-Lan könnte stabiler sein.

The staff was wonderful (friendly and helpful), the facilities were great (comfortable, clean, everything that one might need was provided), the location was also great (near public transport, city centre). We arrived late at night and the unexpected added bonus was the restaurant in the hotel that was open until late and had an outdoor sitting area. The staff in the restaurant were also super friendly :) We also very much enjoyed the little sitting area at the back of the hotel. At nights it was sometimes a bit warm, but it was due to the (very) hot weather.
All was great! We were sad to leave.

Almost everything was perfect. The size of the room was big enough, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, it had a lot of space for clothes and an iron, everything was spotless. It looked really nice and we enjoyed the location, right across a Lidl. At first we were not very happy, as it had no breakfast option, but we really didn't need it. We had a fridge and the Lidl close, so we had a better breakfast than we could have had at a hotel. I highly recommend this place. It is also at walking distance from the city center.
The hot water sometimes got cold and then hot again in the shower, it was a bit annoying.

The hotel was relatively expensive for the fee. Instead of a single room, I received a room with two single beds and paid like a double room.

Location, room and hygiene are excellent
I was on the 1st floor, in a room looking at the street. The level of traffic is high, I could not sleep. Like I was sleeping on a highway.

I had a room on the first floor to the front, with a busy and noisy road. Although clean, the room has seen better days & felt a bit cramped with 2 single beds.

The room was super clean and very well-organized. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. The hotel is located in the centre of Bielefeld, which is very convenient.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. The location is great for easy access to the centre and the shops. Parking available. Complimentary coffee, tea, water and some chocolates were a nice touch. Great bathroom with a good shower.
Room was on the fourth floor, there's no lift. Made it hard work as we were travelling with a baby and loads of luggage. But overall, just a minor thing.

We arrived later than expected and the reception was waiting for us (after hours). He was very kind. The room has all the necessities with a fully equiped kitchen!
Perhaps we were unlucky but we did not have a lot of hot water for the showers.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. It's convenient that there is free parking. Overall I had a very comfortable stay with them!
The shower had some problem at the beginning but the staff came by to help.
I saw other's reviews regarding the traffic noise and I have to say that it makes a huge difference if your room isn't facing the main busy street!

one should know that this hotel is simply very loud. it is on a main street and there is an extremely high level of traffic.

This is a new hotel (in fact the restaurant area is yet to be built) and it's pretty well thought out. It will get better once food, etc, is available on site. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and it's handy for the railway station.
The location has pros and cons. It's near the station and, usefully, has a Lidl directly opposite. On the downside there's little life in the residential streets outside - it can feel a little downbeat - and it's quite a way from the Old Town. One issue is that there doesn't seem to be anyone on site after 9.00pm, and so if there are problems with other guests, there's no-one to easily turn to. This didn't really bother me, but I can imagine it might worry some people.
