Mucha ayuda por parte de la casera, quien te ayuda con todos los datos que necesitas, ubicaciones de parkings cercanos, sitios donde comer, visitar, etc.
Ha sido un placer coincidir con ella.

The apartment host was fabulous! she helped my friend so she could transport her luggage and printed out her labels. She gave us fabulous recommendations for eating and seeing things in Bilboa. So helpful!
The apartment was so comfortable - we liked everything. The host advised us not to walk in a certain area late at night, and we followed her advice. We were glad she told us.

Great and convenient location, close to main sightseeing places, and easy accessible by car, metro, and tram. The apartment is better than in the pictures. Very confy, cozy, and well supplied. The owner she is a very nice person who is very much willing and available to support her guests
The bathroom is a bit small but nothing serious. A word of caution: The main gate door at the entrance of the building has a bad design for the keylock, so it is pretty easy to bruise your fingers while opening it.

Amazing host, lovely clean apartment and good location (only 20mins by taxi from airport and host helped us arrange taxi). We loved our stay and the advice we were given with regards to places to eat and what to see. Also appreciated the generous drinks and breakfast options provided! Highly recommend.

The apartment was very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The host was very hospitable, left some nice touches that made us feel right at home, was very responsive to questions. Wonderful apartment for our visit to Bilbao!

The apartment was very good. Very well equipped & lots of little extras left for us such as wine, beer & milk. The place was lovely & clean & comfortable. The Owner was very helpful & knowledgeable.
There were lots of Police cars in the area.& we didn't feel safe in the evening.

No "didn't like" but don't be put off by exterior of the building and entrance hall. Typically "old Spanish". Get inside and apartment is brilliant.

The appartment is beautifully furnished, spacious and new. There were many personal touches we appreciated like breakfast and chocolates. The check in was handled personally by the host who explained many of the tourist sights in Bilbao. in addition the host was very responsive to all my requests and replied promptly.

Great location and property! Apartment was perfectly located close to both Old Town and accessible to the rest of the city. It was beautifully decorated. The host was extremely accommodating, offering to set up transportation to and from the airport, making recommendations as to what to visit in the city and provided other local advice. Will 100% stay here again when in Bilbao!
