sufficient space great lighting

A few things 1. There should be body towels for guests, not every person is the same body size 2. Need more blankets and pillows for the extra beds. 3. 2 rolls of toilet paper is not enough in 1 bathroom for a party of 10t for a weekend. Lucky enough I bought a roll from home 4. Beds should be checked upon guests arriving. 2 beds with missing and broken pieces of wood but owner was informed and did send handyman 5. Side door could use something to slow the slamming and prevent guest from injury

The house was nice. Clean and plenty of space for us. The immediate neighborhood was nice but nearby was a little sketchy. We did have to drive to the beach. Some small kitchen amenities missing. Otherwise we had a great weekend. The kids loved having good wifi too.

The decor of the home was nice and distance to boardwalk.

Location was very dirty, not in a good neighborhood. Food was left on the grill out back, blankets were dirty, dining room chair was broken so could not use, walls were damaged, air conditioners (window units) stopped working and sprayed water out the top. Central air did not cool rental. Trash all over the backyard and back deck. I have pictures and videos of everything and informed owner of all issues. I would not attend the rental property again.

Location was excellent, the house extremely comfortable and spacious. Everything was just beautiful, definitely plan to rent again!

Only the refrigerator was not cool. Had to put drinks in freezer.

There were no keys, it was a code and it was very easy. We weren't to far away from anything we needed. We needed assistance with something and the person who came was very polite and pleasant
