Le salon ouvert est un excellent espace de rassemblement pour la famille avec une grande télévision à écran plat et un lecteur Blu-ray, 2 grands canapés et de nombreux jeux de société pour les soirées passées ensemble. Le salon s'ouvre sur une véranda aménagée, un lieu confortable pour prendre le déjeuner ou le dîner tout en écoutant les vagues.
Notre cuisine a été réaménagée avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et est bien équipée pour vos besoins de cuisson. Le bar du petit-déjeuner peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes, tandis que la table à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Un garde-manger pleine grandeur facilite le stockage des denrées alimentaires et un gril à gaz se trouve juste à l'extérieur sur notre porche couvert.
Notre première chambre donnant sur le golfe dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et de portes à la française qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse ensoleillée donnant sur l'allée et offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe. De l'autre côté du couloir se trouve notre chambre avec 2 lits superposés pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
De l'autre côté du couloir se trouve la deuxième chambre avec lit Queen qui fait face au golfe et qui s'ouvre également sur une terrasse. Notre quatrième chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont beaucoup d'espace de rangement, une literie fraîche et de la lumière naturelle. Les deux salles de bains sont accessibles depuis les quartiers principaux, juste à l'extérieur des chambres à coucher, et disposent d'une baignoire / douche combinées avec barres d'appui pour plus de sécurité.
Les équipements extérieurs incluent un deuxième réfrigérateur dans notre buanderie au rez-de-chaussée, une douche extérieure fermée chaude / froide et une zone de nettoyage du poisson avec moustiquaire. Le grand abri couvert a beaucoup de place pour plusieurs véhicules et équipements de plage et constitue un bel endroit ombragé pour les petits.
Profitez d’un accès facile à la plage par un chemin d’accès à la plage de sable situé juste en face de notre maison, où une promenade rapide de 2 à 3 minutes vous mettra les pieds dans le sable. Vous voulez vérifier le Bayside? Faites une petite promenade de 2 à 3 minutes dans la direction opposée via un sentier de la nature juste derrière notre maison. C’est le meilleur des deux mondes!

We have stayed at this property several times and always have a great time! The house is wonderful and spacious and the pool is an added plus! Forgotten Shores is great to work with and is super responsive when we have questions or issues. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and they sent a maintenance man over and then a repair man. He got it going for one run and then it quit again. This has never happened before with this house or company and I get it, stuff happens. Otherwise, our trip was amazing!

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. The pool is beautiful and it is a short walk/golfcart ride to the beach. The beds are comfortable and everything in the kitchen worked great! We had an ant issue by the pool and I texted the property manager. I got immediate results! They had pesticide out to spray and put out poison within hours. They even called the next day to follow up that it was satisfactory.

This house is nice and close to the beach. It isn’t stocked very well in the kitchen. The oven didn’t really work very well. Numerous lights were out including the pool one, porch ones & some carport ones. Now I’m sure this could’ve been fixed while we were there but each day we figured out a different one was out.

This is our second stay here. The house suits our needs perfectly for 2 families with children of varying ages. Easy walk to beach or the bay. Everything was as expected. The Fridge downstairs is really handy for drinks. The grill worked well; the kitchen had everything we needed. We will very likely be back to Latitude Change.

This property was amazing ! The house is spacious and clean. We rented a golf cart and drive to the beach, Although you can easily walk. I highly recommend the golf cart. The company was quick to respond went we reported an issue with the tv. They arrived within the hour to fix it !!

It's not hyperbole to say that after decades as a travel writer, I was beyond gobsmacked by Forgotten Shores' Customer Service. From the time of my very first inquiry until checkout, Lindsey's professionalism and intrapersonal skills surpassed almost any other rental or travel agents with whom I've interacted. Thanks to her insights and excellence at what she does, we enjoyed an excellent stay in this property. It is spacious, clean, adequately stocked, decorated with TLC, and conducive to relaxation. It's just a short walk to the beach, and yet set back enough from the water to protect our "stuff" from salty spray. Though we weren't intrested in the pool, it was cared for regularly, and looked appealing for those who might wanna take a dip. Infinite thanks to Lindsey and all at Forgotten Shores. We can't wait to get back to the magic of SGI.

The house was perfect for 2 families., 4 adults 4 teenagers. The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It has a “peek a boo” view of the gulf from the screened in porch. The walk to the beach was a very easy maybe 3 minute stroll. We did visit the bayside a few times and opted to walk down the road since the “nature” trail was very much a nature trail. A bit too terrifying to me knowing there could snakes back there. But the road was a very easy and enjoyable stroll to the bay. Having the screened in porch was a godsend. It made it possible to sit outside without annoying bugs and kept the seats dry from rain and humidity. Because the house sits back from the gulf it was a bit warmer and less windy which made the pool very usable especially since it was heated. I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing on St George Island.

The house very comfortable the week that we stayed. You might want to add a few hooks to hang stuff in the bathrooms.The pots and pans were a challenge not terrific. We tried to clean the leaves out of the pool but the net was small and the pole didn't fit the net so it fell off the pole.

This was our first time to the island and our rental was just what we were expecting. It was close enough to the beach that we could walk or drive & park at public access areas. The pool was a wonderful bonus. Would be nice to have more towels but we came prepared after reading other reviews. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great experience! It's a quick walk to the beach, the pool was a great addition and the living space being on one level was ideal with little ones. We enjoyed the screened in porch, outdoor shower, open layout and overall location of the home. We did encounter an AC unit hiccup and the staff was AMAZING at getting things fixed quickly and being kind and generous to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Recommend again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Change! It was perfect for my very active 9 month old since all the living space was on one level. No stairs to battle! The house sits right next to the Beach to Bay Access point, which made the walk to beach so easy! The hot water heater had to be replaced during our stay, but management was so easy to talk with and very helpful. The whole process was seamless and quick. We would stay here again in the future!

Great house, it was shaded, and the pool was awesome! The beds were comfy, there are two bikes and extra towels which was great. They have lime bushes! They were so fresh and a nice extra perk for drinks and cooking.

The house was exactly as described. An easy walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded. The gear credit was great and having beach chairs and bikes delivered to the house was an easy process. It was nice having a pool for the kids although with the 90 degree temps the pool was like a bathtub but it was used every day. It looked like one of the toilets was missed in cleaning but an easy fix and didn't take away from the vacation. Will definitely rent again here!

House is the perfect set-up for 2 families! Kitchen, dining area, living room and screened porch are all spacious. Pool is fabulous! Walk to the beach is easy, but I would suggest taking the sidewalk/road route vs. the path. We loved biking to the state park and also to get ice cream. Everything was clean and in good condition except the bed frame in the room opposite the bunk room. It felt a little unstable/wobbly, but the mattress was nice so it was fine. We would recommend the property! A big thank you to the property management for getting us in an hour early so the baby could nap. We really appreciated that. They were also very responsive on our last minute decision to heat the pool. Again, thank you!

Great pool and location
Rental was exactly as described on website. Property managers were very responsive. Cleaner than average beach rental but still could have used a deep clean of the floors and dusting. Perfect size home and layout for two families. The pool is very new and was great for young children. Beach access was path was right across the street and is a sand path that travels between houses. Very easy to use and quick walk. Also had the option of riding bikes or walking a little further on paved surfaces to get to a public beach access point. Stayed in April and paid to heat the pool which was well worth it. The beach was practically empty. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful place
This place was amazing! Perfect distance to restaurants and the beach. The only complaints we would have that really didn’t hurt our stay was there aren’t enough towels and washcloths provided and the pool pump is very loud. Otherwise this place is perfect and we loved our stay. We’ll be back!!

Great Home!
We have been coming to St. George Island for many years. I have stayed in 7 houses. Latitude Change ranks at the top! Everything is so well kept and very comfortable. The extra fridge was a lifesaver for us as we take lots of seafood home with is. We had 11 for dinner one night and so appreciated the large table, cookware and dishes to accommodate the party. We want to thank the owner’s for offering this lovely home!

Was a great stay at SGI but the Red Tide was rough.
We had fun with the family but we were not expecting the red tide. We would have appreciated a heads up on the situation and we could have planned ahead go other activities. Some of the family had a rough time when outside and especially on the beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway
My friends and I chose Latitude Change for beach r and r and our only regret is that we did not book a whole week! The house was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and we especially appreciated how private and sheltered it is, at the back of the house and with the trees and landscaping screening it from the street and adjacent houses. The house is on the main road, so there is some traffic, but it didn't bother us at night. If we had had more than 4 people the living space might have felt tight, as there is not another separate area say for kids. But it was great for us.
