Wasn't cleaned properly

There were no basins like to prepare salad or take the meat out of the braai and the woman next door made sure to remind of the noise 30seconds on arrival. Bad public relations I tell you

Plumbing was bad. water pressure not great and leakage from ensuite toilet. Needs a professional cleaning, litte upgrade and will be a 5 star property.

Location was great, beach view was amazing. Pool was amazing, Facilities very good. The Unit set up was very nice. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I did not like the notice in the kitchen regarding R50 deductible fee if kitchen is not cleaned by us on departure, as we pay R300 additional fee for cleaning already. The beds were very unstable, not solid enough, was scared it was going to break. Too little pots to work with when cooking, maybe one or two more needed. Needs new oven tops and microwaves, its both rusted. Needs an extra kitchen cupboard for storing groceries. Water flow in both showers was very slow and little. On-suite bathroom had a bit of smell throughout the stay, please have a look into that.

The resort itself was clean and safe. The flat was relatively close to the beach.

It was obvious there is no pride in the establishment. Dirty walls, inadequate lights, many globes were fused, had to use my cell light to braai. The floors and carpets were filthy. The chairs and table on the patio had to be cleaned before we used them.  Dirty cupboards, dirty and stained bedding, sticky utensils had to be re washed. Dust bin had no lid, place had a awful dirty smell, shower soap dish hanging loose, ants on the kitchen counter,. The informal settlement at the entrance is not only an eyesore but one is afraid of leaving the resort. With the overall condition one wonders if the bedding is even washed and what else isnt cleaned.  The water pressure made showering a real drag together with a dirty shower floor. Toilet leaked when flushed. We were not provided with towels due to "covid" and were only informed about this close to departure from home. This should be informed upon making the booking.

Location is Awesome and close to the ocean.

Well kept complex with convenient facilities and great sea view

Foul “sweaty” odour which made us doubt the cleanliness (no smell of cleaning chemicals which was expected between tenants). Almost everything is old and worn / deteriorated (poor quality or condition of fittings, appliances, furniture, equipent, etc). Beds are uncomfortable. Informal settlement in very close proximity.

We liked the view, and coolness of the apartment although the temperature was 30deg. We also liked the close proximity to the pool and clubhouse. The complex atmosphere was also very relaxed and chilled.

The entrance to the resort did initially scare us with all the informal housing. However this had no influence on the stay or the security. General cleanliness could have been better and minor maintenance items that need some attention.

The ocean view and a beautiful atmosphere. The apartment was clean and classy.

I found Condoms in the ensuite bedroom reported to The Agent,she told me she's gonna talk to her Housekeeping staff but I must remember it's a Self Catering Unit not a Guest house.Hair in the shower & kitchen floor.
