The unit was a really nice lay-out and accommodated our family well. The hosts were super to deal with, and had rebooked due to COVID Alberta lockdowns and group restrictions multiple time. They ever provided a park pass!

This is a huge condo with great views and excellent amenities. Really easy to get to and happily has two underground parking stalls! Perfect space for us- five adults. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, tons of space to relax, play board games, watch movies etc. Thanks!!

Positive comments: Huge place with gorgeous mountain views, nice setup for multiple people, giant master bedroom, comfy reading chairs, two parking spots is a bonus, beds were comfortable, and excellent communication with the owners. Not so positive comments: the toilet in the master bathroom is loose and leaks sewage smell into the room, tap by the coffee maker leaks, NOT fully clean (food under the sofa, found a hair elastic in one of the rooms), sofa back is loose, harsh cool lighting in the kitchen, and terrible luggage carts so you have to make multiple trips.

My family had a great stay at this location. The condo was lovely and there was a lot of room for our party of five adults one baby and a dog to move around inside. We did have a couple of minor issues on our stay, one with the dish washer and the other with our code. I was able to get ahold of Glenn right away and the problem was corrected quickly. Thank you Glenn and Natalie for the wonderful get away and look forward to renting your condo in the future.

This was the perfect property to host three families who came to witness our small elopement. The rental had everything we could have needed!

I can’t begin to say enough good thing about this condo and the owners Glen and Natalie! They made sure we had everything we needed the first day we arrived and to make sure to let them know if we needed anything at all! The condo was even better than the pictures and it was extremely clean!! I always do a thorough check of all beds and bathroom when we arrive and everything was very clean! I stayed with my husband and three small children and I loved that they could all have their own space to sleep and all of the rooms had shades that made the rooms dark which was great for their naps! Our whole stay was wonderful and we can’t wait to rent this condo again!

Glen and Natalie’s unit was fantastic and it looked even better than the photos. We were two families, 9 people, and had a very comfortable stay with plenty of sleeping arrangements. We also enjoyed the nice Mountain View’s from the balconies. The unit comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. Glen and Natalie were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place to other travelers.

We stayed at Glen and Natalie's condo for 2 nights in July for a short family getaway. The check in process was smooth and well explained. Though the elevator key is a bit annoying! They had just changed cleaners and we were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the property, especially during covid. The property is well stocked with basics any family would need. Thanks for a great getaway, we will be back soon.

The owner was very responsive to initial inquires on availability. Our group was looking forward to staying at this condo based upon the reviews and layout. During these times of Covid-19 we wanted to ensure that the unit had excellent reviews for cleanliness. The owner was always very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, there were major issues upon arrival in the unit - very poor maintenance and extremely poor cleanliness. The unit clearly had not been maintained (a set of blinds were missing from the window in the master bedroom so our group had to hang a blanket in the window; the toilet seat and the toilet bowl frame in the master bath was very loose; the toilet seat in the 2nd bedroom ensuite was extremely loose and the toilet lever was barely hanging on to the toilet; several lights were burned out throughout the unit; other blinds in the unit appeared to be damaged; and the bath tub floor in the 2nd ensuite was extremely slippery (a non-slip mat was not provided in the unit) as one of the members of our group slipped and fell out of the tub onto the floor and was injured). If these were the only issues with the unit, our group would have been satisfied with the unit, however, the major issue was the extremely poor attention to cleanliness. When we arrived the dishwasher did not appear to have been run through a cycle, the bedding for the Murphy bed was soiled with what appeared to be blood, the sheets in the bunk bed room appeared stained and hair was present on the sheets, both quilts in the bunk bed room were stained, and the baseboards in the entire unit did not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. We reported the soiled sheets and quilts to the owner who was very responsive and sent a housekeeper to exchange the linens. The owner was very apologetic and refunded our cleaning and pet fees, as he noted it has been very difficult to hire reliable housekeeping staff. While we can certainly understand the challenges of maintaining staff during the pandemic, with Alberta Health Services reopening guidelines, hotels and other rental units are required to ensure that all rooms are cleaned thoroughly between guests. We have stayed in many VRBO units around Canada and the US and have never found a place in such poor condition. If the owner is not absolutely sure that the unit is cleaned between guests then the unit should not be rented.

We really enjoyed this condo. It is a nice place with beautiful views, and very well equipped. The setup worked great for our two families with kids of various ages. The hosts were helpful too. We would stay here again.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! The apartment was clean and the view did NOT disappoint! Glen was super helpful throughout our stay, even after checkout when we forgot a cellphone in the apartment. 🤦�‍♂️ If you are looking for a place to stay in canmore, then look no further. This is the place for you!! We will absolutely be back!

The property was clean and spacious. It fit our large family very well. We were impressed with how well stocked everything was - lots of pillows, blankets, cookware and basic spices. Glen was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The owners are great and very attentive. Great location. Nice, big fully equipped kitchen to make family meals. We had a great time in the snow - and relaxing stay after done skiing.

Great Condo, a little annoying having to take a key along with you for the elevator when you are staying with a larger group but the property was nice, spacious, and the property managers were great with quick communication and response. Only issue we had was the hot water in the property was not working (it was an issue with the whole building) during our stay. Aside from that sort of unforeseen mechanical issue (outside the property managers control) everything was great
