We had the best stay at this property!

Great Place For Price
We had a great stay in this property. Nice and open plan with two bathrooms can facilitate a larger family like ours.
My only complaint is that there probably needs to be a larger water heater. There was not enough hot water to get any more than 3 people through the shower with 3 minute showers. This is a big thing if you have 4 kids and you have all been to the beach for the day (which is why you go to Byron).
Everything else was great and we coped with the first world problem of having cold showers in winter.

Perfect, quiet spot to explore Byron
We had a great stay. 2min walk from the beach and 10min walk to town. Its on a quiet street and has a nice outdoor area for hanging out in the afternoons!

Great location, very close to the beach!
Nice place to stay. Comfortable enough for our family of 6. Fully equipped inside and a nice little seating area outside with a bbq. The only recommendations I would make is it has a small hot water tank that I was told only heats up at midnight each night. So it doesn't accomodate for 6 people if you all have showers (we kept our showers short too). Also even though it was only in the low 20 degrees it got very hot in the evenings downstairs. It may need an airconditioner. Overall very pleased with this property.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and a short walk to Clarkes Beach. The outdoor area is lovely but could do with more comfortable seating. The size of the property was great and the upstairs area was lovely with doors opening onto the balcony from the bedrooms. It could do with an Air Con installed as it did get very stuffy and the beds were quite hard. Overall I would stay there again and we really had a great time.

Great location and layout
The staff from Ray White was helpful and friendly. The place needs to be done up. The queen bed is very uncomfortable. Every movement is felt. The kitchen is good and well-designed. The main bathroom not. The shower screen is too short. The floor has to be mopped after every shower. Toilet seat was stained but luckily replaced after we raised the issue. Towel rail fell off and had to be remounted during our stay. Cleanliness is an issue. On the surface it looked good when we arrived. However, having walked on the carpet and sat down on the couch as well as lied on the bed we all couldn't stop scratching ourselves. Again this was rectified in the first two days of our stay. The BBQ hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Upon our protest it was cleaned while we were there but again only superficially. We didn't dare use it.
The location is excellent and we love the layout. Hopefully the place will be better taken care of from now on.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and coffee! And a nice 15 minute walk into town. This apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and two children. Thanks guys!
