The heat didn’t work properly blew out cold air

The staff was excellent - so pleasant even though he was on the second of his 2 shifts that day. He was so helpful in getting the things we needed and provided information. He had been with the organization for 13 years and at this particular location sincevit opened in 2019. Rooms comfortably & clean. Very up-to-date and clean- well cared for. Located so close to lots of restaurants & shopping. Good breakfast options. They even have laundry facilities .

Well appointed room for the price. Staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and looked brand new.

Location was great

Could not provide bedding for the pull out sofas for our rooms. Claimed they only had sheets available. Promised to provide them in a few hours only to be told there was none to provide.

Breakfast was hot & delicious with a great variety of items. Facilities were all sparkling clean and bed & pillows very comfortable.

No complaints at all.

Great location! Near to all restaurants, shopping centers, theaters and more! Room was spacious, shower was awesome, and bed was very comfortable! Morning breakfast was also very good and free!!
