The location was good for where we were going

Staff was rude and carpets were black and pool was closed on Sunday and the staff watched us while we were eating will never stay here again

I liked the people hosting/employed by the hotel. They were pleasant and happy to help. The room was very clean, neat, simple and comfortable. I stayed at this hotel twice on my trip to visit family much further west. Both times were fine.

The A/C unit in the room of my first stay was a bit loud. Perhaps it needed a little maintenance. It worked fine, just louder than other similar units.

Asked for a room near the pool they put us 2nd floor opposite side of the building. Breakfast there was never anything left passed 7 am and it’s supposed to be 6-9am. No staff at the desk to even ask to refill anything. Pool was never open when it should have been, had to ask daily to open it and they would come up with one excuse or another every day why it wasn’t open. Supposed to be open 11am-9pm and they would claim they were cleaning middle of the day. Cleanliness was also questionable!

We wanted the cheapest place to stay as we waited to close on our new house. This hotel was the least expensive, so we hoped it wasn't a real dirty dive. Were we surprised!! We took 2 dogs with us. We loved our 3 days there, breakfast and coffee, beds made up for us every day, loads of clean towels every day, and trash emptied. Luxurious bed, all clean bedding. It was such a lovely stay.

That we had to leave......it was like a home to us. The hotel information left in every room needs to be made more of a comprehensive list of what is available. List the breakfast choices and the time it is available.

wasn’t much to like about this property and booking.com should consider removing it from their list of places to stay.

the day staff that couldn’t speak English. the night staff that was rude. the breakfast they promised was non existent. No coffee in the room like the website said. no hot tub like their website promised. you couldn’t use the work out facility because their painters were storing paint and tools in there. it was dirty. very dirty. I’ve never once complained about a property through booking.com. I feel like I deserve a refund.

The breakfast was forgettable. The room was clean and tidy.

Host assistance regarding location. If traveling you should be able to get help to find the location. Very poor in that regards especially for out of towners.

First of all, the room smelled like Peanut Oil the entire time. Second, my guest unexpectedly had to bring his dog. Slipped my mind to notify as it was later in the day. Well, pet friendly, my ass, as they charged me $250 without notice!!!! Absurd and make my account over draft. I will let everyone I know to never stay at this property again…I have been charged $25, but NEVER $250. Shady business practice as you initial blank forms!

Ice machine didn’t work, no coffee pot in room even though it was listed under amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable other than that refrigerator leak. The sheets,multiple pillows,and comfy mattress in room 106 are our favorite every time we have stayed in here in Gallatin,Tennessee. The design colors in the room are more relaxing and sedate than the other more expensive motels in town and the price of the room is very economical. We will always use Baymont Wyndham when there's.

The room was fine, but the refrigerator had been leaking from underneath for days and there was a 10" wide puddle of water plus dried rings from previous days puddles still left on the vinyl flooring in front of the refrigerator and reached the length of the television cabinet on the floor.

Did not have breakfast @ Baymont. Location was great.

The rod for the shower curtain was placed so that the shower curtain would not stay closed. The toilet seat moved. Was not tightened. The lighting was horrible. Room was not clean. The bed and pillows were great.

Super clean and comfortable! Felt safe and secure! Staff called to confirm we where coming.

Easy check in

Needs updating. Bathroom door handle and toilet paper holder need replacing. No food left by the time we got there. Asked for bread for toast and “the male attendant” used his bare hands to take out of package. OJ was spoiled.

I very much enjoyed how hospitable Ms.E. the evening attendant was at all times. On the night of my arrival here concern for an elderly patrons ability to navigate stairs and aiding her were heartwarming. In the room multiple down like pillows are always so comfortable and homey. I love that touch. The cleaning crew is super timely and on task. That type of dependability is refreshing. It was nice to return to a very nice and tightly made bed every night after a long day at the hospital too. The color scheme of the entire room of taupe,green,and grey is very calming and an easy place to relax. I will always chose Baymont when we visit family and friends in Gallatin because they are the most reasonably priced facility and the location is much quieter than the six other motels that there are to chose from.

The location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are a little outdated and could use some deep cleaning

I love the location. Right off the highway and near many restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfortable.

The door to the room has a gap between the door and the door frame. The toilet tank lid did not fit and the bowl had rust stains. More detail cleaning needs to be done. The bathroom door was dirty as was the door frame. It looks like they just surface clean.
