Nothing except the lift they have in the lobby
They won't give you what is promised or advertised. I was supposed to get the deluxe suite instead they gave me a normal room. When we raised the complaint to the property manager, they said we don't give suites or bigger rooms via online portals, you need to book through us directly if you want it. Also, booking.com didn't support me when we raised the complaint to the customer service.
Other than this, the food was stale, the room was dirty, the bathroom door was broken, and the intercom wasn't working. And none of these issues were resolved or addressed when we told the hotel staff about it.

Location. Just opposite to Railway station
They even charged for water bottle. There was no curtain on the window. I have not received my invoice from Hotel or Booking.com
Hotel guys were saying that I will get the invoice through booking as I have done my booking.com

I liked the location being next to train station although we had to cross busy road with luggage so keep this in mind.
Not only price was higher to booking.com (tax apparently) but also it was absolutely filthy. We took shoes off and our feet were black after one evening. There was no hot water, but bathroom was disgusting anyway probably never actually cleaned since the time hotel got 3 stars. I dont expect much for the price, but at least to be able to use the bathroom. Room was big and aircon worked but thats about it. Never again.

Booked the hotel for a the day after Diwali.
Early checkin was directly discussed with hotel and agreed.
When we arrived at the premise, the staff was very unwelcoming and not sure of anything like hot water , breakfast etc.
We had to go out and do a spot booking.
Being on the road at 5am , finding alternate options was not pleasant.
Inadequate staff.

Not cleaned. No hot water. No bath towel and soap. Previous occupied leftover not cleaned from dust bin. Intercom not working. Staff not responding. Totally disappointed ☹️
