Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt hat ins sehr gefallen, so richtig italienisch.

Die Abfalleimer auf der Terasse sind echt hässlich. Leider bestanden auch Geruchsemissionen der Umliegenden Balkone. Biomüll und Katzenkisten. Im Wohnzimmer hätte ich mir eine Steh-Leselampe gewünscht da der Kronleuchter etwas ungemütlich ist. Ev. Auch im Schlafzimmer Wandleuchten zum Lesen.

Nothing to complain

The location was fantastic and the apartment was beautiful. Lots of natural light and windows that opened our onto the rooftops of neighbouring buildings. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is excellent. Nicoletta who met us was outstanding and super helpful.

There are four flights of stairs and no lift. Fine for us but did mean we had to make a couple of trips with luggage. The firm managing the property has a series of automated emails they send you telling you to pay the security bond and city tax. These were sent before we had to pay for the apartment on Booking.com and before the last date we could cancel. Yet the messages said we were late in paying and that if we didn’t pay promptly our booking would be cancelled and the deposit kept. These were sent to us every day. We hadn’t paid a deposit so these messages were annoying and confusing. So we just ignored them and paid the bond/tax at the same time we paid for the property. We loved the apartment but this part of the experience needs to be better aligned with the cancellation policy.
