Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer est situé directement sur Seven Mile Beach, sur Boggy Sand Road, à West Bay, qui fait partie de la visite à pied historique des vieilles maisons caïmanaises du National Trust.
Le condo fait partie d'un duplex. Ces deux condos sont nichés au milieu d'arbres à raisins secs à l'extrémité nord de notre célèbre plage Seven Mile Beach. Ils sont situés dans un quartier résidentiel calme et haut de gamme, à l'écart de l'agitation de la zones de villégiature. Certains des sites de plongée les plus populaires de l’ouest de Grand Caïman se trouvent juste au large des côtes. Il existe également des récifs moins profonds pour la plongée en apnée avec le célèbre cimetière de corail situé à quelques centaines de mètres au sud de nous! Pour les habitants, la plage ou la grande terrasse extérieure, à l'ombre des vergers, constituent le cadre idéal pour savourer un bon livre et une boisson rafraîchissante. Repos et détente sont garantis dans ce confortable bungalow en bord de mer!

We have stayed at one of the nautilus properties over 10 times. We absolutely love it. The space is comfortable and has amazing views. It’s conveniently located at the end of Seven Mile Beach in West Bay and is close to a major grocery store for easy meals. You can snorkel directly in front of the house which is amazing. The deck is nice for lounging if snorkeling isn’t your thing

The house is perfect for a quiet getaway. Every morning we enjoyed waking up and drinking our coffee with a beautiful view of the waves and beach. We loved laying on the beach enjoying a cocktail and having the house a few steps away. Sunsets are amazing from the house! A short walk down the quiet street the Heritage Kitchen has the best fish dinners (and reasonable), walk around the corner from it first and grab a bottle of wine! Swimming is a bit tricky from the house, as the beach entry is rocky. The house had plenty of beach towels, and pretty much anything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen. The deck although shared is private (trees in between give privacy) even if both sides of the house are rented simultaneously. We thought the location was perfect, not on a busy road, beachfront with a grocery and liquor store very close. We also enjoyed lunch a few times up the coast at Macabuca. Thanks for a memorable and relaxing time. We’ll be back!

The unit is fantastic. Clean, modern, and comfortable. The beach is amazing! I skipped diving since the snorkeling off the beach was so fantastic! The deck is a wonderful benefit that provided countless hours of private relaxation in the sun. A quick walk to stores for all us bohemian travelers-no car necessary for 8 days! Great beach, quiet clean location, easy access to basic necessities. This was everything we look for in a vacation getaway

This is the first time we had ever stayed in a place right on the ocean and it was awesome. Waking up to the gentle surf was great. The place was just the right size for our family of 4 and it was nice having 2 full bathrooms as a lot of places with 2 bedrooms don't have that. Grand Cayman is such a small island that no matter where you stay nothing is too far away. We were able to easily go to the Turtle Center, boat for Stingray City, the caves, Smith's Cove, etc. Grocery store close by had everything we needed. If you stay here and like fresh fish check out Heritage Kitchen down the street. It looks like a little run down but the food was great at a very reasonable price. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location on the beach! The house was very clean, situated on the beach. The snorkel was fantastic, right in front of the house! Lots of fish, reef and some stingrays. Walking distance to a supermarket. We loved our stay and would love to go back someday.

We rented both townhomes which was perfect for our party of nine. The location is perfect for paddle boarding, snorkeling, and relaxing away from the crowd of SMB. It is a short drive to great restaurants and SMB. The townhomes are clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend the townhomes.

We chose this location for the privacy and because it was on the water. Both of those things were very true. We love being able to cook breakfast and even had @dining at home come with two chefs to prepare dinner for us one night. The beach has a lot of sand, but it also has a lot of rocks. I recommend water shoes. it was slippery in some areas but, the snorkeling was amazing!!!!!! Especially if you swim our 200 yards!! we walked to dinner one night and lunch another day. We could’ve walked to the liquor store and convenient store easily, but we didn’t. The cons was it adjoins with another property and deck so you are sharing water toys and beach area &chairs. For us, it was OK, but I could see how it could get interesting if the neighbors were loud and obnoxious! Renting both condos would be perfect for a family of 7 or 8+ we will definitely come back to this property if available. It is not near the Hotel Ore, Downtown area, but we rented a car and felt very safe the whole time in West Bay. Showers and bathrooms were very clean and seem to be newly remodeled. Plenty of chairs on deck & shade on deck and sand.

Cayman Villas gave me exceptional service and assistance with all my booking needs and additional info and recommendations. Extremely professional and friendly. The condo was furnished exactly as in the photos and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood which is what we wanted for our stay. Unfortunately while there we experienced many thunderstorms with high winds causing some outside patio umbrella damage which we reported to CV who were going to replace. As previously noted the beach is a little tricky to enter due to rocky entry but is doable. Left side driving and roundabouts a bit tricky for us right handed drivers but still worth it to us to rent a car and explore the whole island. Lots of great restaurants especailly Peppers Bar and Grill, Tukka West for lionfish tacos and down the street from condo Heritage Kitchen. Definitely would recommend George's Watersports 4 stop snorkel trip.

We had a wonderful time! Location was great if you want more privacy in West Bay. The condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The snorkeling out front was ideal! Sting Ray City, Starfish Island excursion was well worth it. We went out for most of our meals but walked to Heritage Kitchen since it was SO close and really good. Calypso Grill and Macabuca's BBQ buffet on Mondays was great as well. Fosters grocery was really convenient and had a Jaques Wine & Spirits next door with many options. We also walked to Subway one day to grab lunch. Hope to visit again soon!

Most importantly, the property wasn't located on 7 mile beach, it is in West Bay. I knew the property wasn't fancy inside, but I figured by the photos n description that we'd have a nice beach and on 7 mile. condo is right next to the public beach entrance that is open all night. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood at all. The main picture for the ad is doctored. the beach is maybe a foot and then a huge step over high rock into aggressive, rocky waves. The connecting neighbor is too cloe and the pictures show a large deck. deck in actuality is small. I spent 1 night and left the next day. I had to pay for 4 more days at a hotel on 7 MILE BEACH. Not a good experience at all

We always enjoy our stay at Nautilus Apartments. I've stayed there atleast 6 or 7 times. The apartments are perfect for 4 adults. The location provides some of the best snorkeling and sunsets on the island. The owner is friendly and wonderful to all her guests. I highly recommend it.

The Nautilus condos are the perfect balance of accessibility and serenity. The location is beachfront with the most beautiful sunsets on the island. Far enough away from the buzz of Georgetown but close enough to have every amenity needed within walking distance. The full kitchen, grill, and laundry make short or extended stays a breeze. The reservation process and check in/out are simple. Needless to say, we will be back!

We loved the location of the property in West Bay and right on the ocean. The villa was clean and very comfortable. Just as an FYI - It is a little too rocky to go straight out to swim but we were able to walk most days (when the ocean was calmer) to swim and snorkel to the left. Otherwise it was an easy drive to Cemetery Beach. We hope to come back very soon!

Wonderful place to stay! Accommodations for our family of 5 were perfect (our 13year old spelt happily on the couch). The beach was a perfect combo of snorkel and swim. Right out back was snorkel and a few feet directly left was sand and swim. Being at the end of 7 mile beach it was quiet but only a short drive to reach the busyness and fun of all the restaurants and resorts along this beautiful beach.

We spent a week here and had a great time and were very comfortable. Pluses are excellent snorkeling directly out from beach and walking distance to good food and a grocery. I was a little dumbfounded to discover the first evening that we had no showerhead in our bathroom! It was completely missing. I called the property manager and they brought one out to replace it the very next day. This was not my first stay here and I noticed this time we could hear music late at night from some of the resorts northern 7 mile, not super loud but definitely a distinct base beat. I could not hear it from inside the house though. Nautilus has been remodeled since my last stay and is very comfortable. They no longer have a kayak or paddleboard for use though as apparently they had trouble with guests irresponsibility. Beautiful water, plenty of shade, and can't beat the snorkeling (you do have to go out as far as the floating balls to see the good stuff tho).
