U peut facilement marcher 2 Pier Village et autres divertissements. Salon a un roi et séparé de la zone superposé et kitchenette. L'unité vient avec de nouveaux meubles. A laveuse / sécheuse. Situé dans une communauté fermée avec balcon surdimensionné et grande piscine. UTILISATION DE 2 VÉLOS.

The place was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Restaurant suggestions were excellent. The host was great.

Relaxing and quiet. The pool was refreshing and clean. The room is very clean and attractive and the door code added to the ease of coming and going. Mattress was very comfortable and the bath is very roomy.
We had a wonderful time!!

I have trouble deciphering the gate and unit codes at first. The email with all that info was difficult to extract information from due to the sheer length 📏 it.. Holding the relavent info would help

Really enjoyed the place. It’s on me but I thought there was also living room space but it’s just the bedroom/kitchen area. It worked though because it was just us. The bathroom was nice and big. It was quiet since we were there during the week and pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Nice big fridge in the utility room and mini one in kitchen. Bed was super comfy! Enjoyed our stay!

My Costa Rican wife and I had a really nice time and enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the downtown area of St. Simons. We rarely encountered people and enjoyed the spacious accommodations of the unit.

We were in town for a wedding and this condo was the perfect spot for our first time visiting St. Simons Island! Central location with bikes available that made it easy to travel into the village. Also several walkable restaurants and beach access within a mile. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good communication with the property owner/manager. Property was clean. Location from downtown and the beach was great.
The one downside of our unit was the view of the trash receptacles and dumpster. In addition trash day was very loud before daylight. By the end of the week, the garage smell made it so we could not open the sliding door for fresh air at night.

I have stayed all over the island over the years and I would highly recommend this property. The location is perfect for beach and pier village. The condo was clean and well maintained. The communication with the host was always fast and detailed. I would stay here again.

We only stopped in for one night but we would have stayed longer if we could. Reasonably clean, large 1 bedroom. Quiet surroundings. Well priced. Would definitely return.

This condo was great for a weekend getaway. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative and made sure we had all we needed to have a nice time. The condo was described accurately, clean, and nicely decorated. We liked the pool at the complex and the use of bikes provided by the host.
We had a fun weekend! Will definitely be back.

This is a great property. It’s centrally located for driving, walking or taking a Lyft. The property is bright, clean and quiet (it’s at the end of the floor with a corner balcony). The complex has a beautiful swimming pool. My friends and I stayed for a girls’ weekend and were so happy with the accommodations. Definitely plan to return again soon!

A friend and I stayed at this location for for a small get away. The owner was very diligent in communicating with us and letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. The owner included island recommendations as well as videos on where to park as well as how to get the property which were helpful. We chose this specific VRBO because bikes were included and it was definitely a plus. We used them daily as we biked to restaurants and the pier which were all within 10 minute biking distances. I would recommend this location to anyone needing somewhere to stay.

My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and this was perfect for us.. It is close to the beach and pier, and far enough away that we were not bothered by the crowds or traffic.

We enjoyed our stay at Dave's property on St Simons. The unit was close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Parking under the building was an added bonus. All amenities were as advertised.

This condo unit is clean and secure. As senior citizens, we very much appreciated that. However, the bed and other furnishings were very soft and difficult to get out of. There are no handicap bars in the bathroom, which proved to be quite a difficulty for both my wife and I who suffer from bad backs. The unit is not overlooking the pool as shown in the pictures. The rear deck is very nice, but overlooks the dumpsters and about 20 trash containers which are accessed by neighbors at all hours. We reserved and paid for 7 nights but checked out after three.

We were so happy with our stay! The property owner made the stay easy and was very helpful with anything we needed! Condo was clean! The condo is perfectly located close to the pier and beach. We will definitely be booking again!

This property was as advertised. Very comfortable amenities. Excellent location to all the action of the south end of the Island. I grew up on the Island so my expectations were high. The unit is more hotel/suite like. It does have a set of bunk beds but there is little privacy for them as they are in the kitchenette area. Would work for tweens and younger. The bikes are a little rusty but that expected due to salt water air. This will be my go-to place. It was safe and secure and quiet. This is ideal for a couple who likes to be outdoors and active. David was a good host and responded quickly.

A fun mother/daughter getaway for 3 nights! Convenient to several restaurants and walkable to the Village area. Very safe and secure.
